I Stayed 5 nights. It is a Guest House is a Residential Neighborhood of Constantia. Very close to wineries, shopping and other points of interest. Wonderful Garden and Pool area. Hosts and Staff were very helpful. Off-street gated parking was secure. Felt safe. My room was self-catering with a well equipped kitchenette. Would stay again.

Beautiful guest house with well maintained indoor & outdoor areas. Room was small, warm (no air conditioning) & no hot water for shower. Pricey considering these points.

Great guesthouse - lovely gardens, peaceful location, great hosts happy to chat and offer advice. If you want to ditch the car/Uber for a day then lots of walking to vineyards and restaurants etc is possible from the guesthouse and mapped out by the hosts.

Really friendly family run small hotel. Perfect for our trip. Great location - really near to everywhere and then had the pool to ourselves in the afternoon. All supper recommendations were great and they were always happy to book what ever we needed. Can not recommend enough if you want to get away from it all - was like a little oasis !

We have stayed in many guest houses in Cape Town but this is one of our least favourites, we actually couldn't wait to leave after 3 nights, the walls are super thin, you can hear your neighbours taking a shower, talking and walking around, this of course is not the most relaxing or romantic, we never had a problem with noise in other guest houses. Friendly checkin, very average house, apart from the noise there is nothing major wrong we just didn't get a good vibe.

Alles Top - Zimmer und Garten wunderschön, Lage super. Frühstück toll! Ausnahme: das Team war arrogant und richtig herablassend. Zum Schluss gab es bei unserer Abreise eine sehr unangenehme Situation, bei der wir festgehalten wurden, weil wir angeblich die Minibar nicht bezahlt hätten (wir haben gar nichts genutzt...) Der Service also zieht es runter, Schade! Ansonsten hätte ich volle Punkte verteilt!!

Warm hospitality for this little gem of a guest house. Very large luminous rooms and lounges. Remarquable garden. Charming swimming pool. Away from the main traffic, yet well situated to visit the Peninsula. Difficult to find better.

Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. Goed eten en ze zorgen allemaal met liefde voor je! Echt thuis komen!

Au calme à Constantia et pourtant très proche de tout ce que Cape Town a à offrir, cette maison d'hôte réalise le sans faute : des chambres très confortables, une vue exceptionnelle, un superbe jardin, une jolie piscine, un personnel adorable toujours aux petits soins, un petit déjeuner à base de produits frais et généreusement servi. Le tout pour un rapport qualité prix exceptionnel.

I dont know where to start. This couldn't have been more perfect. The all inclusive food was amazing, drinks were cheap, the game drives were insane, and the rooms were unbelievably. Certainly GLAMPING but very very worth it.

This is a family run operation with super staff, lovely pool and gardens, fabulous breakfasts and old school courteous hospitality

Very warm welcome on arrival which is nice after a long flight. Very helpful staff who managed to book a table then and there for lovely lunch in nearby estate. Very quiet and relaxing with nice garden and pool

Summit place guest house is like a haven of tranquillity. Set on a lovely quiet street of Constantia you are only 5 mins from the main shopping area and wine tasting but away enough to be out of the hustle and bustle. The pool and the gardens and the communal area are fantastic- they really make the property. They are well laid out and well maintained and make the place look beautiful. We really enjoyed having a nice glass of wine on the table and chairs on our little porch. We were a little late for breakfast and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us they were lovely and welcoming from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. In terms of the room it was a little small- however this is more down to the choice of room available as we booked a little late. But the shower is lovely and powerful and the bed is very comfy. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Constantia- and it was great value for money

Fantastic location. Very peaceful and quiet. Its 30min drive to Cape Town centre. Ten minute drive to Constantia Village.

My husband and I stayed for two nights and enjoyed the experience. The owner, Robyn, is very helpful, and the guest house is handy for touring the peninsula and Kirstenbosch Botannical Gardens in particular.
