リヤドにしては、入口から比較的近いので見つけやすい方だと思います。 とても雰囲気があり素敵なリヤドですが、お部屋まで階段があるので大変です。 checkinの際は運んでいただけたのですがcheckoutの時に少し苦労しました。 朝食はお洒落な感じで良かったですが連泊だと飽きるかもしれません。 フナ広場に近くとても便利だったので立地重視の方にはオススメです。

場所はわかりにくいですが、とてもフレンドリーでいいリャドでした！

ロケーションはフナ広場からすぐ近くで非常に便利。ただ問題はホテルがかなり奥まったところにあり、初めてだと表通りに看板も無くまず自力で見つけるのは無理。迎えに来てもらったほうがいい。 部屋が迷路のようで面白かった。エレベーターが無いので、沢山荷物があると大変そう。 朝食もフルーツ中心で美味しかった。ホテルのオーナーはフランス人らしいが、地元出身のマネージャーが親切で良かった。

Posizione centrale ideale per tutti gli spostamenti, sia in arrivo, sia per la visita della città. Colazione in terrazza molto curata con menù vario a scelta, personale molto gentile e disponibile. La struttura è dotata di piscina vasca idromassaggio in terrazza e altri servizi benessere che non abbiamo avuto tempo di testare.

We didn’t have breakfast as we were leaving early but they said they would have some bread and fruits for us before departing at 7:30am but that never happened

Experience absolutely fantastic! Location perfect near the main square and delicious breakfast. A special thanks to Hanan e Fatah for the service and all the kindly things that they have done for us.

The room was very nice. It was clean with modern fixtures and a comfortable bed. Staff was very attentive and breakfast was very good. Close to parking as well.

Veldig små rom, du får kun en liten flaske vann når du ankommer rommet, ikke påfyll, du kan ikke ta deg et glass vin på taket, de serverer ikke alkohol. Bra beliggenhet og hyggelig mennesker som jobber der.

Got two single beds instead of the double I booked. Didn’t get room service every day, ran out of toilet paper and shower gel. When room service did come, she didn’t give us new towels, reused the same ones.

El Riad excelente, solo que la llegada fue complicada, ya que el servicio de internet contratado no funcionó a la llegada y por suerte el taxista nos compartió su internet para poder habilitar Google Maps y descargar las indicaciones para llegar, ya que son laberintos complicados, ya que son totalmente nuevos para nosotros.

Great place

Its a cute hotel close to the plaza. To get to the hotel you need to walk so no big bags if you can. The staff, room & amenities were 5/5. Really friendly. You can see the mezquita from the rooftop which is really cute.

The Riad is just the perfect Place to stay in if you are visiting Marrakesh. We stayed there in August, so it was pretty hot during the day. But in the nice patio it was cool an on the comfortable couch next to the little pool you could enjoy the day. All the staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was as great. We really had nothing to complain. Just a wonderful place to be.

We had an issue the first night we were there in that our air conditioner wasn’t cool enough. The next day however Fatiha and Hassan were standouts in customer service. They came to us and got us a new room which was much nicer and coordinated free massages for all of us. Our flight didn’t leave till 6.pm the next day and they let us use an unoccupied room to shower and nap before our flight. Fatiha and Hassan were exceptional in treating us well. They were the epitome of excellent customer service. The owners too were great empowering their employees to help us! Thank you Fatiha and Hassan for a great trip
