素敵なリヤドです！ スタッフの皆様の暖かさに感動致しました。いつも笑顔で出迎えて下さり、とても丁寧に対応して下さいました。機会があれば次回もこのリヤドに泊まりたいと思います！ 事前にメール連絡を下さり、到着日はマラケシュ空港に迎えの車を手配して下さいました。 朝食は食べる場所を、テラス・ダイニングルーム・部屋から選ぶことができます。 シャワーは天井に固定されているものだけではなく、手持ちのシャワーもあります。ドライヤーの風量も問題ありませんでした。 ベッドも快適でぐっすり眠りました！ 日本人としては土足で室内を歩くことに抵抗がありますので、リヤドに泊まられる際は、是非、スリッパなどを持参されることをオススメ致します。部屋に冷蔵庫やゴミ箱はありませんでした。 本当に素敵なリヤドでした！

マラケシュ5回目です。折角のマラケシュなら伝統的なリアドがお勧めです。が、タクシーは宿の入り口迄入れず、自力で探すのは至難の技なので予め宿に送迎を頼んだ方が良いです。リアドクニザはオーナー親子はじめスタッフがとても親切。ディナーも

アラブの隠れ宿？に来たように気分にさせてくれます。リヤドの雰囲気を楽しむために泊まるのであれば、十分満足するでしょう。 スイートに泊まりましたが、冷蔵庫がなく少し不便でした。 サービスはあまり出過ぎず、遠巻きに接してくるような感じです。特に不愉快なことはありませんでしたが、建物の雰囲気以外で、特別素晴らしい点もありませんでした。

ジュニアスイートに宿泊。 思い切りモロッコテイストな宿に、と思って探しましたが大正解。飛行機の関係で夜22時頃の到着でしたが｢お腹がすいてたら何か用意しましょうか？｣と聞いてくれる細やかさ。インテリアはどれも素敵で、リヤドは吹き抜けでもチリひとつなく清潔。ホテルの施設をひとつひとつ説明してもらい屋上で星空を見上げた時の感動は一生忘れません。 朝食は好きな場所を朝に電話でレセプションに伝えればそこに用意してもらえます。私たちは3日間滞在して全部屋上にしました。(10分後に用意して、、と伝えて20分後にならないと誰も来なかった時は不安になりましたがまぁそういうこともあるでしょう) アマンジェナに夕食に出たい…と伝えると、タクシーを手配してくれ、最終日の朝早くの出発時にはフルーツたっぷりの朝食を出してくれ、、本当に親切が行き届いていて素晴らしい。大型ホテルとはまた違うホスピタリティ溢れるリヤドでした。街中はなかなか清潔とは言いがたい面もありますが(勿論それを含めてもモロッコは充分に素晴らしい国ですが)、リヤドに帰ると安心できることはそれだけで価値があると思います。あと、レセプションの背の高い彼がイケメンでした。

Everything was exquisite. Only thing is the Moroccan diet is bread heavy so if you are gluten intolerant - inform hotel ahead of time for arrangements. That’s just the general cuisine, as for the hotel, everything was superb. Breakfast in the roof is more than perfect and it ends at noon. A plus.

Beautiful, peaceful oasis in the middle of a very hectic Marrakech. Wonderful, helpful staff. An absolutely beautiful room. Delicious breakfast made us feel like royalty. A little bit daunting upon first arrival… you need to walk a block through the very active Medina, can be a little intimidating.

Riad Kniza was amazing! Friendly staff, exceptional service, yummy food, high quality establishment. We stayed one night but would have stayed much longer if our trip allowed. Loved the rose petals! Highly recommend

Absolutely amazing stay at Riad Kniza. A stunning place to stay with very attentive staff. The hotel was beyond gorgeous and very clean. Our rooms were cleaned everyday and the staff were so warm wand welcoming. Very lovely aesthetic to the vibe of Riad and great location too

the area outside the riad is probably the dirtiest in medina but then the riad is the best in medina so it's a tough call. would love to see the butcher shops move out of the area. the actual medina with shops selling artifacts etc are so nice.

Riad Kniza was, hands down, one of the best hotel experiences of my life. Here are just a sampling of reasons why: the friendly and attentive staff, clean and cold pool for after a hot walk, coffee delivered to the room in minutes, lovely hammam massage, continental breakfast that I miss each morning now, tasty Casablanca beers, and comfortable lounging spaces in a beautiful garden area. Don't hesitate. Book now!

Fantastiskt hotell. Bra läge mitt i medinan men lugnt och rofyllt. Superbra service. Hjälpte till med restaurangbokningar, strykning och fixade frukostpåse till supertidig hemresa. Bra wifi i rummet (men ej uppe på takterrassen). Rummet fixades flera gånger om dagen. Kan inte klaga på något!

Riad Kniza is a jewel in the Medina in Marrakesh. The architecture of the Riad is stunning, the accommodations are luxurious, and the service is exceptional. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at Riad Kniza and the meals were delicious.

Amazing rooms, property and service

This riad is a little perfect gem, an oasis of peace amidst the mad hustle and bustle of the medina. Stunning interiors, attentive and friendly service, gorgeous, oversized room and bathroom, with the most comfortable bed and pillows! Upon our arrival, we were greeted with mint tea and the best cookies we’ve ever had! A fruit platter was waiting for us in the room. A very nice breakfast was included in the price, served on the beautiful rooftop. The location was superb - with the main sites all within a 20 minute or less walk of the riad. I can’t recommend this place enough!!! It gets two thumbs up from me!

Brutal. Una vez llegamos con el taxi a la Bab Doukkala y nos adentramos en la medina, con el ajetreo de los puestos de comida en la calle, souvenirs, motos… entramos en el paraíso del Riad Kniza. Suelo viajar por trabajo en hotel de 5 estrellas y debo decir que ha sido el mejor alojamiento donde he estado en mi vida. Sin duda, volvería al mismo lugar.
