ホテルの名前に「マナ」という単語が入っているが、本格的マナハウスではない。 然し、スタッフ、特にレストランのスタッフは感じ好く、料理も優れて居た。ビーチ へは、歩いて10分と掛らない。宿泊代も、内容と比して極めてリーズナブル。

Lovely spacious bedroom with a spacious and comfortable bed. Small but very clean bathroom with bath and shower. Plenty of fresh clean towels. Delicious breakfast served in the sister hotel next door.

Amazing experience, 5 stars!

A disappointing stay, which was a surprise as I have stayed here and the Derby sister Hotel across the road 20+ times. Unfortunately front door and room code not emailed to me, 50 minute wait at sister hotel as no access, pleasant but not overall helpful and no real apologie as no access to the other hotels systems. Eventually able to gain access to a room up with the gods room 15 , cosy but bathroom shower area not at all accessible as a bath no screen and a sloping roof , unable to shower only good for bathing.i have to say this is unusual and maybe there were no other rooms available .breakfast as always was superb.

The room on arrival was disappointing. There was a lovely four poster bed but on the top cover was a large pink stain. One of the sinks in the bathroom was clogged with loads of hair when I tried to run water. There was no comfortable seating as they were past their sell by date. The hotel was advertised as having a bar/ lounge. There wasn't a bar and the lounge was gloomy. There was no mention on Hotels.com that this was a self check in hotel. Breakfast was a few yards away at the sister hotel but no lunch or dinner. We resorted to food deliveries and the local supermarket. There are no amenities at this hotel. Bournemouth however, was fantastic. So much to see.

No staff hotel - great historic house that shows its age, but that's the whole point. Really enjoyable stay.

Clean and comfortable room

Self entry worked really well. Lovely room number 8. Ifound the noise from the next room to be extremely loud on my 2nd night unfortunately. I guess with no staff on site activity can't be monitored

Lovely hotel, had a great time here and felt that we were the only ones in the hotel. beautiful room. had breakfast which was lovely and we were served by Ana. She is amazing and goes the extra mile for her customers. can't wait to come back, feel like our forever place!

Window in the room was broken with cardboard replacement with air coming through. Room was chill with no general heating but a electric heater was available

Nice room, clean and everything automated. Only quibble is that on booking I asked for twin beds (this being noted as being available) and even checked with and had it confirmed later by the hotel that this was noted - but I did not get this. Disappointed by that frankly.

We stayed in the Kings Room and it was amazing, jacuzzi bath, 4 poster bed, balcony loved it

What a lovely stay. With balcony. WiFi very good. Lovely breakfast in the sister hotel across the road. Comfy bed.

Room was shabby and tired with one window pane missing and inadequately covered with a piece of board, drawer handle missing, radiator cover coming away, dead light bulb, partially blocked wash basin, mirrors extensively desilvered, etc. Website was misleading. There is no reception, no restaurant and no bar, although a good breakfast was available in the nice hotel across the road but no other meals. We had to brave heavy rain to get there though. There was also no housekeeping during a three-night stay although bottled water was replenished on the last day.

Hotel and room were very clean. But the missing star is because the room had no shower.

We arrived to a freezing cold room and a musty smell. We kept our coats on for a couple of hours while we turned on a portable heater. I tried to call reception to ask if we could change room but could not reach anyone. I then tried to call Hotels.com to ask the same question again could not reach anyone. There was nobody around it is just rooms to rent rather than what i would call a hotel. No bar nowhere to get food. We went out to find somewhere to eat. On arriving back the room was still freezing also the bathroom. We made the decision to leave and go home. I'm very disappointed with this booking and would certainly not recommend it or ever return ourselves.
