バスタブがなかったのが不満です。ホテルレベルはせいぜい三つ星

駅から遠かった。 バスは、本数は多い。 部屋は清潔。 バスの湯の出が悪い。 朝食は、よかった。 車があれば、お勧めです。

お酒に酔ったレセプションの男性が、対応されて、宿泊代の支払方法について間違ったことを伝えられました。 この点は、チェックイン後の一息ついた1時間後に交渉してみて、過払いの可能性は解決したように思います（、、カード決済を見るまでは安心できませんが、、） また、通された地下室の部屋は、部屋は汚く、洗面所の石はヒビ入り、、やはりホテル到着が夜8時半で、残りの部屋が選べない状況ですかねぇー。 旅を楽しみの一つは、ホテル滞在時間を心地よく過ごすこと。早目のチェックインとカードの支払状況を把握しておいた方がどうも良さそうです。　今後の反省点ですね。

Perfect! The hotel was nice compared to the other same rank hotels I have ever been to. For me, I am not tall, I don't think the room and bed was small. Some visitors might feel that the location was not good, because there is a long uphill from the station to the hotel. But I enjoyed walking including the long slope, which is one of the city's old road named "Holloway". I recommend bus for visitors who do not want to walk the uphill. The hotel is near to the bus stop, and that is the first bus stop from the station. In short, I recommend. 良いホテルです。 朝食が美味しいです。ぜひイングリック・ブレックファーストをお試しください。 レビューでは部屋やベッドが小さいとありますが、日本人なら気にならないと思います。部屋のセンスは個性があります。 総合的に同じグレードのホテルと比べて、遥かに良いです。 駅からは、かなり長い坂道を上りますが、趣ある旧道で歩いてて楽しかったです。ホテルはバスで一駅ですので、辛い人はそちらをお薦めします。

Enjoyable no hassle stay as usual.

The room was clean as was the bathroom. The room was a bit dated but it was pleasant enough. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel so can't comment on that.

Nice hotel just a 15min walk to the town. On site car parking.

I would not go back again the room is stink and mould on sealing in bathroom I have to left window open all night to get some sleep 😓😓

The property is very run down and the cleanliness was terrible. The quilt was old and torn and we could feel every spring in the mattress . Would not return. The only plus was the room looking out on to the garden and distance from Bath.

Locked out on arrival, reception not manned permanently. Shower control bad, to the point of being dangerous No food in the evening Place was clean and room was large but no working area / surface.

The hotel is set inan amazing area. Walking distance to a shops. The hotel rooms were big and inviting. It was spotless and tidy. The bathroom showed some age but was perfectly functional. And as a cyclist you are very close to an old train track bed that is a shared cycle walking path with a tunnel that runs directly under the hotel. And into the main town centre.

Excellent value. Half price of in town hotel, With free parking.. walk or bus to town. Will stay there again.

slightly run down and dated

We stayed for a concert so prices were tripled which we accepted however when we arrived the outside of the hotel looked like it could do with some TLC. We walked through the door and the smell was awful like old stale moth balls. The room was the same. The bin in the bothroom had not been emptied from the guests before there was dust atound the chrome base of the chairs you could write your name in, the bin was rusty and the bottom of the radiator was filthy. Even the cups were not the cleanest. We did not see any staff members during our stay just 1 man when we checked in and the same man on the way out, he was friendly enough.the bed was old with old dirty cusions and curtains. There was no experience it was just a bed to sleep in as the room was so old and dinghy. Overall very over priced, if i wasn't staying for a concert we would have asked for a refund and found a premier inn.
