バスタブがなかったのが不満です。ホテルレベルはせいぜい三つ星

駅から遠かった。 バスは、本数は多い。 部屋は清潔。 バスの湯の出が悪い。 朝食は、よかった。 車があれば、お勧めです。

お酒に酔ったレセプションの男性が、対応されて、宿泊代の支払方法について間違ったことを伝えられました。 この点は、チェックイン後の一息ついた1時間後に交渉してみて、過払いの可能性は解決したように思います（、、カード決済を見るまでは安心できませんが、、） また、通された地下室の部屋は、部屋は汚く、洗面所の石はヒビ入り、、やはりホテル到着が夜8時半で、残りの部屋が選べない状況ですかねぇー。 旅を楽しみの一つは、ホテル滞在時間を心地よく過ごすこと。早目のチェックインとカードの支払状況を把握しておいた方がどうも良さそうです。　今後の反省点ですね。

Perfect! The hotel was nice compared to the other same rank hotels I have ever been to. For me, I am not tall, I don't think the room and bed was small. Some visitors might feel that the location was not good, because there is a long uphill from the station to the hotel. But I enjoyed walking including the long slope, which is one of the city's old road named "Holloway". I recommend bus for visitors who do not want to walk the uphill. The hotel is near to the bus stop, and that is the first bus stop from the station. In short, I recommend. 良いホテルです。 朝食が美味しいです。ぜひイングリック・ブレックファーストをお試しください。 レビューでは部屋やベッドが小さいとありますが、日本人なら気にならないと思います。部屋のセンスは個性があります。 総合的に同じグレードのホテルと比べて、遥かに良いです。 駅からは、かなり長い坂道を上りますが、趣ある旧道で歩いてて楽しかったです。ホテルはバスで一駅ですので、辛い人はそちらをお薦めします。

Quiet, easy checking & has a bar an restaurant room if requird

Enjoyed our stay, was close to town albiet a hilly walk back up. Danny cooked a yummy breakfast before we were on our way. Good off street parking.

Reasonably close shops and cafe restaurants nearby. Some parts of hotel building could be a little smarter but bar, restaurant and lounge areas pleasant enough. Staff very good and helpful. Breakfast acceptable but non availability of evening meal annoying.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was ok but nothing like the photos online. Good location.

Quiet, comfortable, lived the adjoining sun room and hotel bar. Easy walk into town and Co-op nearby. Highly recommended.

Room was spotless, staff were lovely and very accommodating.

Everything was good, standard and understandable

A lovely hotel, 5 mins drive from Bath centre. Walkable too in approx 15 mins, although we didn’t try it. Our room had a comfortable four poster bed, tea/coffee, plenty storage space and an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower. Although the hotel is quite old, It was very clean and furnished with objects from the era. Check in was simple, with a friendly, efficient gentleman. We loved it here and would definitely come again. Thank you so much.

Spotless. Staff very attentive. No lift. However the staff did offer to carry bags upstairs.

The place was quiet and just what we wanted. A bit of a walk into the city if you’re infirm as it’s uphill. That’s not a criticism as we enjoyed the walks.

Yes parking was on site. We didn't need to go to shops

The staff were very welcoming, very polite and helpful.
