No AC ... no room services ..wifi is so terrible ... 3 days there seems like you're in middle of sahara

This hotel is standing convenient place. it feels a little old-fashioned, but The staff is friendly and cozy good. if there is an electric kettle and tea set in the room, It should be noted that was good.

This Hotel is so good. There staffs are very kindness. If they have a fine map,it be well.

部屋の電球が切れている、ドライヤーが火を吹くなど、設備面の問題が多く、ゆっくり出来ませんでした。

１、宿泊の1ヶ月前にクレジットカードで課金された。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　２、到着しレセプションに行くも、顔を見るなり？後ろのオフィスへ入り出てこない。　welcomeもない。「チェックインできるか？」という問（皮肉）にも返事がない。世界でも珍しいホテル。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　３、深夜12:00～01:30までカラオケ？の大音量。睡眠すら保証できないホテル。4星の評価は詐欺！　星はせいぜい2つまでだろう。

Very clean, comfortable room and good location, near train station and two museums Nice that it had a minibar A very good value Very nice staff. There was a problem with wifi but they were very responsive and moved me to a lower floor to improve the situation.

This was not a 4 star hotel. No minibar in room, as advertised. There was an empty bar frig, not even water. There was no bar as advertised. Beer and wine in restaurant. Buffet dinner was horrible, because of that I didn’t eat breakfast or any other meal there. Many good restaurant choices within easy walking distance, which I strongly suggest. Service in dining room mediocre. Excellent proximity to 2 good museums. Walkable area. Front desk staff was very good. Mould in shower, the whole bathroom could have been cleaner. Water was hot and a/c good. Beds clean and comfortable. Would rate this 3 stars tops.

It was nice and clean i like it

The proximity to two museums and cafe area was so convenient. There were several small shops so close where I could buy water and snacks. Great view of a minerat from the rooftop. Some adorable cats hanging around. I enjoyed my stay.
