写真を見る限り全室の窓から河が見えるかと思ったのですが実際河に面しているのはワンフロアの中で2室だけです。 そのほかの部屋にはバルコニーが着いていたり斜めの窓から河が見えたり（あるいは木で隠れて隙間から見えたり）します。 わたしが泊まった時は隣のビルがちょうど工事中で夜中までうるさいのと、工事現場の人がそこで寝泊まりしているらしく窓から見えてしまうのでほぼほぼカーテンをしていました。 部屋の清掃やスタッフはみんな良い人たちで大好きになりました。 特に警備員のおじちゃんが親切です。 このホテルにはプライベートガンガと言って、ホテルの外にでなくてもガンジス川に足を浸せるスペースがあります。 レストランの見晴らしは最高で、料理も美味しかったです。

ホテルのレストランは改築中で使用できず、朝、夕食込の宿泊プランでしたがすべてルームダイニングとなりちょっと残念でした。でもメニューから好きなものを頼め、好きな時に食事ができたので良かったです。注文してすぐに料理が運ばれてきました。どれを頼んでもおいしかったです。 部屋ではレストランの工事の音がうるさく、フロントに部屋を変えてもらえないか頼んだところ、工事の音をストップしてもらえました。夜は隣のテレビの音が深夜まで大音量だったので、再びルームチェンジを頼んだところ、快く他の部屋に移動させてもらえました。ポーターさんも素早く荷物を運んでくれてとてもよかったです。 インドにしてはびっくりするほどスタッフの対応が素早く、感じがいいです。

写真よりかなり古く、アメニティも安物。宿泊料金に見合ってません。スパやヨガ向けではなく、インド人ファミリー向けといった感じです。

ここはインド…あまり期待はしていなかったのが正直なところ。 しかし、建物や部屋は古いけど色々な意味でサービスはゆき届いていたと思います。 お部屋も快適でスタッフも皆さん笑顔で対応していただき気持ちよかったです。 ロケーションも慌ただしい所から離れていてゆっくり過ごすことができました。 またリシケシに行くさいは必ず泊まりたいホテルです。

The room tariff is too overpriced for the features. Bathroom was very outdated and inconvenient. A shower outside the tub is necessary .. the set up was very risky .. It is definitely not worth the money they charged for the lotus retreat room. The view of the ganges from the balcony was awesome. Vikas working in the restaurant did a phenomenal service. He is worth mentioning.

Superb experience with Lotus Suite. They have private access to River Ganga which makes the experience very blissful. Food in the restaurant is also very good. Staff is very friendly.

I have no hesitation in recommending this property for a lovely stay in Rishikesh. We only stayed overnight.A warm welcome, delightful view of Ganga, and staff looked after my senior citizen parents very will at breakfast time.Enough for gluten free breakfast.Once renovation work ( which we knew about in advance) is done it will be even better. Loved the private ghat.We didn't take up all their activities but they have a fair number on offer. Good amenities in room. Figuring out TV took some doing if not technology savvy.Simple instructions might help. Shower drainage fine as long as you don't spend too long in shower ! If you are from the UK, then this will seem ridiculously opulent compared to Travelodge/Premier Inn. I would stay here again.

Beautiful location. Serene view. Very polite and helpful staff. I had issue with charging my Apple Macbook with American electric connection. They helped by providing an extension chord. I would request that they upgrade their electric outlets to support this smoothly.

The property didn’t justify the room rates. Furniture was dirty but staff were curtious

Stay was average, not so great and not worth the price. Policies are not customer friendly.

Staff were extremely polite and helpful. The property is grossly overpriced given the facilities eg our hot-cold mixer was not working.

Excellent location; very nice views. They encouraged us to go to vaar restaurant, 5 minutes away by walk in the nighttime. When we were returning at about 10 pm lical people accosted us. We had to run to the hotel. Better security would be helpful or should not encourage us to go out at nighttime.

All staff very polite and friendly. Food was very good. Rooms were clean however air conditioning needs major work; it smelled mildewy. Exterior of building could use cleaning and painting.
