素晴らしかったです

エアコンの効きが弱いです。それ以外は快適

ホテルの前はバス停のため、交通がすごく便利です。

部屋は広いのに備品が極端に少ない。 コップも紙コップ！が初日に置いてあったのみ。ポットもカップもティパックも何もかも置いてない。お水も初日に一本のみ。4泊したのに一切補充なし、これで四つ星？？？ありえない。唯一朝食は美味しかったです。2度と泊まりたく無いです。

朝食や施設に不満はありませんが、部屋に蟻が数十匹出ていました。ゴミ箱を目的としているようなので、私達のゴミは持参したビニール袋に詰めて、これ以上蟻が増えない工夫をしました。でも、この階で簡単に出ているとなると、蟻の通り道が出来上がっているのかもしれません。また、蟻と分からない宿泊者がいたら気味悪がってしまうかもしれませんね、私は平気ですが。

施設や部屋の清潔さやスタッフの対応も良いです。駅から近く、周辺のエリアも良いです。バスを利用できれば市内中心部へも簡単に行けますが、歩くと少し遠いです。

If you serve the flesh vegetables in breakfast, I like more it.

部屋が広く清潔。アメニティもそろっています。グラナダ駅から徒歩２，３分で、わかりやすいところにあります。ホテルから道を挟んで向かいにある肉屋さんに併設しているバル・レストランがサービス満点で良心的な値段で味も絶品です。ホテルからアルハンブラ宮殿までタクシーで６ユーロぐらいで行けます。

Great hotel. Close to train and bus stops. Nice walkable park between the two streets in front of the hotel. In a residential area. Close to historical city center. (One bus ride or a nice walk.) )Helpful staff. Adrian in Reception gives stellar 👌 customer service. Helpful. Good at detailed directions. Remembers names. Id stay here again.

Good rate on the room, good location from the train station and public trans. Mattress was not very good, OK for one night only. Breakfast was good, staff was great.

Très bel hôtel, buffet du matin et du soir très correct. Les bus passent en bas de l’hôtel, très pratique. Le personnel est très sympathique Seul bémol, le parking de l’hôtel est un peu cher 22€.

There was a patch of mold on the floor by the doorway in the bathroom. There was no typical hand soap, only shower gel. When I asked about this, the attendant shrugged and told me to use the shower gel. There was also the typical instant coffee and kettle, but the only coffee stocked was decaf. The bed was fairly uncomfortable but not back-pain-in-the-morning bad. Aside from those issues, it was fine. The place was otherwise clean, the location was alright, the breakfast was good, and the staff was courteous. Only a ~15 minute taxi ride from the bus station. Shower was nice and hot. Would stay, but would not pay a lot to do so.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Everyone hd a smile for you when asking questions. The breakfast was really good with plenty of selections and constantly topped up.

Estuve con mi sobrina 3 noches y la estancia fue ideal. La localizacion es perfecta porque a 10 min tienes los minibuses q suben a Alhambra,Albaicin y Sacromonte y en la misma puerta del hotel varios buses. La estacion de ave esta baja do la misma calle del hotel . En cuanto al desayuno buffet es perfecto y muy completo. Muy recomendable

Staff was awesome and Bartender was very creative on making the Mojito mango passion fruit with no mint as my wife doesnt like mint.
