環境並びに、街が素敵で旧市街までも徒歩圏内なのが良かったです

翌日のベルガモ空港からのフライトに備えて宿泊しました。街の中心地にあり便利です。天井にしか窓がないお部屋で外の景色が見えずびっくりしましたが、清潔な室内でしたのでさほど困りませんでした。イタリアは朝食がイマイチのところが多いような気がしていましたが、ここは別格、最高です。

駅から徒歩10分近くだが、平坦な道。 近くにスーパー、ショッピング地域あり、便利。 バスタブあり、フロント親切。 ありがたいホテル内のレストランでのウエルカム・ドリンク。

Convenient lodation: Walkable distance from the Bergamo station, the Funicolare station, and the down town in Citta Bassa. Bus stops to go these places are near as well. An supermarket is just next to the hotel. Simple and Comfortable room: The room was modern, and clean. Of note, the shower room worked well.

イタリアに１年滞在中にいろいろなホテルを利用してきました。このホテルはイタリアでは珍しいほどアメニティグッズが充実していました。（歯磨きセット、シャンプー、リンス、石鹸大小２種、バスソルト、ボディローション、面棒、パフ、くし、シャワーキャップ、シェービングセット、ソーイングセット、レディースインティモセット）。大通り沿いですが、目の前に駐車スペースがあり部屋は奥まっているので車の走行の音は気になりませんでした。また部屋の中にはオシャレな大中小４個の電気スタンドがありイタリアにしてはかなり灯りがとれる部屋でした。クローゼット内にも灯りがありました。バスタブもあり。朝食は平均的です。１階のバーで使えるウェルカムドリンク１杯が無料でついていました。フロント係には日本語であいさつしてくれるお方もいました。部屋に関しては日本のホテルと同じような感覚で利用できます。イタリアにはそういうホテルが少ないだけにここはおすすめです。ベルガモにまた来る機会があれば是非泊りたいホテルです。

居心地のいいホテルでした。部屋にはチョコレートがおいてあったり、ウェルカムカクテルは、アルコールあるなしを問わず、一人一人に作ってくれて、ちょっとしたおつまみも出してもらいました史、」朝食のメニューも充実していました。。場所は駅から徒歩圏内ですが、観光される場合には、見所が丘の上に集中していて、ガイドなどではホテルの近くの説明はあまり多くありませんので、少し情報を集めた方がいいと思います。。

Room was bright, modern and clean with good amenities. There were no English channels on the tv, would have been nice to at least have a news channel. Also a kettle would be good but overall a good hotel and i would return.

Très bon accueil. Grande chambre propre. Deux reproches : la moquette et la douche dans une baignoire. Très bon emplacement, juste à côté d'un arrêt de la navette de l'aéroport, pas loin du funiculaire ou de la montée pour la ville haute et en plein centre de la ville basse

Delightful hotel - we would happily stay again. Quite centrally located in a nice area (although all of Bergamo seemed very pleasant from what we saw). Spacious bedrooms, reception staff extremely helpful with booking taxis and so on. A welcome drink on the first night was a lovely bonus. We didn't sample the breakfast as there are so many cafes in the city to try, but it looked good. All in all a very pleasant hotel indeed - can't wait to return to Bergamo and the Arli hotel will be high on our list of places to stay.

Veldig sentralt og helt ok hotell i Bergamo. Lukta mugg i resepsjonen, men heldigvis ikke på rommet. Enkel frokost. Velkomst «coctail» var et glass prosecco eller vin. Hyggelig betjening.

We stayed for one night at Bergamo, and we were looking for a hotel near the train station, to be close to take the early train the next day. This hotel is very nice, it seems it has been updated lately because it looks fresh. The frints desk was very warm an attentive, and the bed and pillow SUPER comfortable (the best in our 15 days trip). Although it is not located in the Citta Alta, (the most touristic place), it was no to far taking the bus and funicular up there. And it is much less crowded and quiet than staying there (and cheaper, for sure). Bergamo is a well kept hidden secret, much less crowded and less tourist trap than Verona or Venice, but still very enjoyable.

The hotel was perfect good location friendly staff and helpful The single room was spacious had toiletries available only wish I had a view as the room was with skylight but was there to see Bergamo and surrounding areas not to stay in the room :)

Godt hotel med høj standard for rengøring, service og morgenbuffet. Værelserne er fine og hr en god størrelse. Hotellet ligger i gå afstand til den gamle bydel, samt til shopping

Huoneissa isot mukavat sängyt. Ilmastointi toimii. Aamupala melko suppea, mutta mahan sai täyteen. Hotellin vieressä ruokakauppa, jossa iso valikoima.

Location, cleanliness, bed, mattress, down duvet and pillow, extremely friendly reception staff.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Service. Gerne wieder
