The room was clean and the check in process was smooth. The service in the hotel was inconsistent, particularly at breakfast. On the first day we weren’t acknowledged or served at breakfast. The next day (different staff) we received very good service- being greeted, offered tea/ coffee etc. On the third day - no service. Ordered a coffee after finding a staff member and it never arrived.
Additionally, we had issues of lost luggage during our travels. We tried countless times to contact the hotel to try and coordinate the bag being dropped off from the airport and the phone was never answered. Even tried contacting the hotel through Expedia and had no success.
Overall a pretty average experience.
