Anytime I'm in Amarillo, this hotel is my go to. It's has a Pizza Hut and Outback Steakhouse in walking distance.

This place is very clean and staff is always very welcoming. We have stayed with them a couple of times for days at a time

It’s a comfortable bed and it’s quiet and everyone is friendly and the best eggs I have ever tasted but not sure if they clean your room while you stay there or if I was supposed to ask for it, because I stay two weeks with three day not there in the middle with no freshening up the room with towels or anything. But overall a good place to stay. I just got to figure out the freshening up the room part lol I guess I could have asked lol oh and one other nice thing it had a nice laundry room to use especially when it’s snowing outside and you can’t go anywhere.

Went to meet our sister who was bringing us a puppy. The Bathroom in the hotel looked like it was recently remodeled but not finished and the light in the shower was strobing. The heat was set on 68, but it was so hot in there, if we turned it off, frozen out bums off. They accepted pets which was nice.

This was an absolutely great room and property!! To be honest, it was up there with a Hilton to me. The rooms were large and nicely done! A bonus is that there is an outback steakhouse on the side of the hotel which is super convemient. I will awlways stay at this location in the future!! Oops, the price was good too!

Nice, clean, close parking. Staff was very nice and understandable.

The folks that run this place was the nicest people I have encountered in a long time. They were so friendly, kind, and always said hello with a smile. The beds were really comfortable and overall the folks there just made it relaxing and comfortable. I felt at ease

There were big stains in the room carpet. Holes in the bed sheet, and lamp shade. Light fixture was falling apart, apparently broken. Breakfast was lousy. Looked like scrambled egg whites.. and some diced potatoes... No meat. Totally disgusting place. Should have walked out but I was to tired..Traveler Beware.

We did not have enough parking. We had to park by the steak house that is adjacent to the property. We were offered a room but the access keys did not open the door even on reset. When we checked in the front office, the front office personal came in with a master key which ended up in a room that is already occupied by someone. Finally, we did get only a single bed room even though we paid for a Standard 2 queen bed room. Facing these situations during the night time and that too with the kids is more embarassing.

Thjs Sleep Inn is clean and convenient when traveling east on I-40 through Amarillo. We stay here each time we are passing through.

While the property was conveniently located, the thermostat didn’t work well, the hallways smelled so bad that we wore face masks, and the breakfast was sparse and abysmal. There wasn’t even enough food for a full plate, and what we think were scrambled eggs looked like poorly-cubed tofu.

Room clean...

It was a comfortable bed. Hot shower. The fact that they allow pets is ok but when you put a dog that barks all night next to a family without pets is annoying.

A nice place for a good 1 night stay. Convenient location, and the rooms were clean.

Really like the atmosphere and easy way to access shops and Highway. Staffs are friendly and professional, Rooms also good

It was good.

Check in wasn't good at first and the breakfast wasn't good. The rest of our stay was good. Next time the ownerof managerneeds to keep comments to himself.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. It was perfect for our night passing through town.

Woman at evening chek in was professional, efficient and delightful. The hotel, and room was amazing quiet, even with an interstate close by. Breakfast was hot bu no bacon or sausage. Beds very comfortable, but all pillows were too large. Wish hotels would give a mix. Pizza Hut and steak house were next door.
