アイルランド一周ドライブ旅行中に1泊しました。旧市街の外れの川沿いに立地しています。ホテルの地下駐車場に気づかず、隣の公共駐車場に駐めましたが、宿泊者は14€でした。けっこう古いホテルでしたが部屋は広く清潔でした。朝食は前日にフロントで注文すれば、10€のフルブレックファストが8,5€にディスカウントされました。まあまあおいしかったです。隣の商業施設にスーパーマーケットが入っていて便利です。

Room not very clean - claimed upgraded me to superior room but don’t show in standard. Two bins in room contained previous guest rubbish. Had to phone and get coffee for machine as no pods in room

Room was huge for the 3 of us. Staff very friends and helpful. Definitely would stay again at the city hotel

On arrival was not told that building work would be starting at 4am a notice was put through door after checking in when requested a table for dinner was told they couldn’t give us one and offer bar snacks instead which I didn’t think was exceptional if had of known this we wouldn’t of stayed outside the building was discusting and then was charged for parking I don’t expect to stay in an hotel and have to leave for something to eat but we went to Madeline palace and the staff and food was exceptional I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

We were allocated a disabled room which was not what was booked through Hotel's. com. We were also lead to believe that the underground car park was included in the price as was the case when I stayed here before on several occasion,in stead we had to pay an additional fee. The hotel is also going through restorations although we had been told this at time of booking.

Got one of the newly decorated rooms and it was lovely! The staff were very friendly and we had a great stay. Really pleased with the price and the location couldn't have been handier.

Yes rooms were okay. One of the rooms was not ready for checkin when we arrived. We were charged for parking on arrival and there was no space for our car on the second evening. The amount was credited to our room instead of returning the cash which we'd paid with. moneyto our to our

Hotel was clean and staff friendly but rooms and bathroom very dated although it is mid being taken over by Hilton so hopefully rooms get a revamp

Hotel under renovation wasn't mentioned when booking so bar/restaurant moved to 1st floor and really just using a space

Very comfortable room are very handy.. I am sitting sofa is bit low comfortable but difficult get up due my health issue. Bed are lovely to sleep but no tv. I would lv one room with one tv without walls, I pick wrong room.. lol. Shower are ok & haven’t been in bath cos no time but difficult climb over due my health issue.. I pick wrong room.. everything so perfect have drinks etc in fridge. wow..

Hotel is in great location and was very clean, unfortunately it os dated and in need of updating/a refresh. Beds weren't very confortable and there was a lot of noise during the night from other residents shouting in the hallways for prolonged amounts of time. Staff at reception and breakfast were very good, helpful and polite. Breakfast quality wasn't great but view was lovely. Leisure faciliies were tired - pool cold and jacuzzi disappointingly not open.

Shania (restaurant Manager) was very professional and helpful. Hotel was under construction, pity because it's a lovely hotel. There was no atmosphere, hotel was quiet though we still enjoyed our stay.

Staff very friendly and efficient. Only complaint Jacuzzi not working, would like to have been informed before we had got changed to use it.

Great staff at front desk!

Yes room was fine. Staff were helpful. Ground floor is out of bounds and no work appears to be happening. Not as good as it used to be.

Bar unavailable, then there was an electric fault in room and no water. Ended up being moved to another hotel
