アイルランド一周ドライブ旅行中に1泊しました。旧市街の外れの川沿いに立地しています。ホテルの地下駐車場に気づかず、隣の公共駐車場に駐めましたが、宿泊者は14€でした。けっこう古いホテルでしたが部屋は広く清潔でした。朝食は前日にフロントで注文すれば、10€のフルブレックファストが8,5€にディスカウントされました。まあまあおいしかったです。隣の商業施設にスーパーマーケットが入っていて便利です。

Room felt dirty. Sparsely furnished. Booked a superior double was very inferior. The onky good point was the view. Reception staff were not particularly welcoming on arrival. Security of the hotel was extremely lax. The main reception was closed due to refurbishment entry via parking underground garage which anyone could access which meant anyone could access the floors to the bedrooms. Only redeeming featuree were the staff in the breakfast room who were helpful and friendly with a smile. Overpriced and not what one would expect for a Hilton Hotel.

Very understaffed!! 15 mins waiting to check in/check out, one barmen at night time, only way in and out of hotel is via basement carpark. 2 small lifts had to be used by every person wanting to get in or out/go to carpark which resulted in crowded lifts and up to 10 minutes waiting for the lift. Food wasn’t great (at one point the waiter didn’t know if he was bringing cod or chicken gougons so picked it up from the plate to check what it was) Had to change rooms as first room was filthy - stains on the walls, leaking shower, blood spots on bathroom door frame) Hotel guests also have to pay £14 per night for underground carpark which wassmall

Entrance to hotel was closed so we had to walj through an underground carpark to get unto hotel

Bathroom dated and mould on tiles. Shower Luke warm at best. Shower over bath dated and old fashioned. Breakfast Luke warm. Chairs at table covered with food and stains. Pots for tea and coffee stained inside.

Spotless room on 7th floor with lovely views of the Peace Bridge.

It was an amazing hotel the greetings at reception was so welcoming i felt like family. The room was huge and so so clean. Bar staff wow breakfast wow . Everyone so helpful we will definitely go back. Best value for money we have ever received. Thank you Everyone for spoiling me and my wife. See ye soon regards Roger and Tanya

Room not very clean - claimed upgraded me to superior room but don’t show in standard. Two bins in room contained previous guest rubbish. Had to phone and get coffee for machine as no pods in room

On arrival was not told that building work would be starting at 4am a notice was put through door after checking in when requested a table for dinner was told they couldn’t give us one and offer bar snacks instead which I didn’t think was exceptional if had of known this we wouldn’t of stayed outside the building was discusting and then was charged for parking I don’t expect to stay in an hotel and have to leave for something to eat but we went to Madeline palace and the staff and food was exceptional I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

We were allocated a disabled room which was not what was booked through Hotel's. com. We were also lead to believe that the underground car park was included in the price as was the case when I stayed here before on several occasion,in stead we had to pay an additional fee. The hotel is also going through restorations although we had been told this at time of booking.

Got one of the newly decorated rooms and it was lovely! The staff were very friendly and we had a great stay. Really pleased with the price and the location couldn't have been handier.

Yes rooms were okay. One of the rooms was not ready for checkin when we arrived. We were charged for parking on arrival and there was no space for our car on the second evening. The amount was credited to our room instead of returning the cash which we'd paid with. moneyto our to our
