Bathroom was good

Everything was awesome, over and above. I will be staying here anytime I need to stay in Edmonton.

Check in accommodated my early arrival. Room was clean and hotel was quite.

Hotel and rooms were good Clean and comfortable There were renovations going on but were not too disrupting Location was perfect for what we were doing and seeing in the city Only small complaint was housekeeping were cleaning the halls in front of our room a little early in the morning Overall we were very satisfied

I enjoyed the staff, unfortunately the hotel was under renovations and my furniture in my room should be replaced, I have a beautiful Husky named Lady. Who doesn’t scratch or damage furniture. We like the best rooms a hotel can provide. Sincerely Rory Gaudon

Nice rooms good staff

Excellent for the low price. Breakfast was great. The fitness center was closed for construction. The hotel is located on the floors above a shopping plaza in an industrial area, and at first this made me a little uncomfortable. However, there is 24 hour security on duty. The room was plain but spacious and clean and very quiet. Bathroom was very nice, television was huge, internet was fast and beds were comfortable. I would stay again.

The hotel is undergoing renovations and our room was brand new. The bathroom was spectacular. Super clean and well put together. Breakfast was meager but served its purpose.

Easy access off the QE2. Good restaurants within a block or two. Friendly helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Enjoyed our stay. Will stay again when in Edmonton.

Was clean, bed comfy, but it smelled like soup 24/7. Oh and not haunted lol

Clean, currently undergoing an update to the rooms. Some of the furniture needs to be updated/replaced. No body lotion included in the toiletries. Continental breakfast was not the greatest, no hot food other than if you chose to heat up your boiled eggs in a microwave. Cost of the hotel room was reasonable and the location was convenient for where we needed to go.

Best place in Edmonton

It was a wonderful stay at a great price, the beds were a little smaller then excepted, but just pay attention to your booking and youll be fine. Excellent location.

We stayed with our pet for one night in a two double bed room. The room was spacious. The hotel looks tired; however, we were greeted warmly by the front staff who checked us in. The hotel is old, but clean. The room was very clean with old furniture. The bed was a bit soft for me, but comfortable. Linens smelled fresh and clean. The bathroom had old fixtures, but again clean with towels provided not threadbare and smelled freshly laundered. The continental breakfast included was good. It was self serve, well stocked and tidy. The tables were clean and no dirty dishes left by diners. We would stay again.

A pet friendly environment that has treats as soon you enter (good & bad placement). Staff were friendly and helpful.
