The restaurant, furniture and staff are nice. But I could smell of the toilets on the corridor in my room. It was a terrible night.

ホテルスタッフの対応が素晴らしい。ホテルはエジンバラ空港からAirlinkのバスでHaymarket Stationの一つ手前のバス停Wester Coatesの目の前なので、 移動に便利。

エジンバラ観光の際に利用しました。ホテルはWester Coatesのバス停の目の前です。空港からのAirlink利用の際はHaymarket Stationの一つ手前のバス停で降りると目の前です。City Centreに比べて周りが非常に静かなので、落ち着いて滞在が出来ます。また、レンタカーの場合はCity Centreの交通渋滞を考慮すると、こちらのホテルの方が良いと思いました。City Centreまでは歩いて2キロちょっと、30分程度ですが、Wester Coatesのバス停はAirlinkの他にRothian line等も止まりますので、City Centreへのアクセスも便利です。タトゥー終わりも深夜バス（26番）があります。ただ今回は深夜バス には乗らずに歩いて帰りましたが（深夜1時過ぎ）、治安も特に問題ありませんでした。スタッフも親切で丁寧な接客態度で、非常に好感が持てました。エジンバラ滞在の際はまたこのホテルに宿泊したいと思います。　　　　　　This hotel is located in the front of bus stop 'Wester Coates', at which Airlink stops and which is the one just before "Haymarket Station'. It is quieter around this hotel than in City Centre, and you can stay at this hotel more comfortably. Considering heavy traffic in City Centre, in addition, I recommend you should stay at this area if you rent a car. You can walk to City Centre from this hotel in around a half hour (about 2.5 km), and you can also use city buses (Rothian line) which stop at the bus stop in the front of this hotel, meaning easy to access City Centre. The hotel staffs kindly welcomed.

The hotel was lovely. Alexander made our stay very special. He is an absolutely wonderful doing anything to help us with our time in Scotland from exploring St Andrews to arranging reservations, suggesting stores to get our son moved into his flat, and making our time very special at the Roseate. His leadership sets the tone for the outstanding service level delivered by his staff. We would and will stay at the Roseate again based on our experience and the beautiful accommodations. Alexander is provide extraordinary service. He is warm and helpful making the Roseate a must stay luxury hotel. Every employee was incredibly friendly and provided great service. The hotel itself is beautiful and cozy. We would absolutely stay at the Roseate again. Thank you Alexander for taking such good care of us during our stay.

The room was spacious yet cozy, clean, and very well appointed. The bed was so comfortable. The staff were warm, courteous, friendly, and helpful. The restaurant was also excellent.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß von der Innenstadt entfernt, direkt an der Buslinie 100 (Top !!!), sehr freundliches Personal ( Grüße an Alexander), trotz nahe ander Strasse - sehr ruhig. Wir würden jedesmal wieder hierher kommen.

Excellent hotel. The building is steeped in charm, the rooms are very well appointed, the bar has a fantastic selection and breakfast was superb. Very friendly and attentive service too. A top class experience. Thank you

The staff were outstanding, welcoming, helpful and extremely friendly. The room was spacious, well maintained and the coffee/tea making facilities were very welcome. The public areas were very welcoming and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was outstanding both evenings we ate there and there was a wide range of drinks available in the bar. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Rooms were comfortable and provided all comforts. Restaurant and bar service was terrible and extremely slow. Staff seemed untrained in providing service in a restaurant as had to explain our orders even though only a 2 page menu. On our 2nd night waited an hour to get ordered drink before dinner even though only 2 couples in the restaurant. Extremely disappointing considering the price we paid for both accommodation and food.

Main reason for us to return was the warm, friendly and professional service from Maya - she was so helpful and thoughtful. Shout out to Alexander too.

Todo super maravilloso

This is a beautiful property and the staff was top-notch. I don't think we got the room we booked though, because we traveled with another couple and booked the same type of room and there's was much better and much larger. Ours was adequate, but very small. Overall, we enjoyed our time and enjoyed the property and restaurant. I would recommend.

This is a lovely hotel, however it lacks a few things to make it ‘worth the money’. I booked a petite room (this was all that was left) which was fine I don’t need a massive room, it was however very dark and very hot. There is no air con. My biggest gripe - NO COFFEE Machine. I have never stayed in a room which cost more than £300 per night and been given powder coffee sachets! I didn’t think they still made them. The radio was a nice touch but who cares when there is no coffee in the morning.

Very elegant atmosphere and nice staff.
