The restaurant, furniture and staff are nice. But I could smell of the toilets on the corridor in my room. It was a terrible night.

ホテルスタッフの対応が素晴らしい。ホテルはエジンバラ空港からAirlinkのバスでHaymarket Stationの一つ手前のバス停Wester Coatesの目の前なので、 移動に便利。

エジンバラ観光の際に利用しました。ホテルはWester Coatesのバス停の目の前です。空港からのAirlink利用の際はHaymarket Stationの一つ手前のバス停で降りると目の前です。City Centreに比べて周りが非常に静かなので、落ち着いて滞在が出来ます。また、レンタカーの場合はCity Centreの交通渋滞を考慮すると、こちらのホテルの方が良いと思いました。City Centreまでは歩いて2キロちょっと、30分程度ですが、Wester Coatesのバス停はAirlinkの他にRothian line等も止まりますので、City Centreへのアクセスも便利です。タトゥー終わりも深夜バス（26番）があります。ただ今回は深夜バス には乗らずに歩いて帰りましたが（深夜1時過ぎ）、治安も特に問題ありませんでした。スタッフも親切で丁寧な接客態度で、非常に好感が持てました。エジンバラ滞在の際はまたこのホテルに宿泊したいと思います。　　　　　　This hotel is located in the front of bus stop 'Wester Coates', at which Airlink stops and which is the one just before "Haymarket Station'. It is quieter around this hotel than in City Centre, and you can stay at this hotel more comfortably. Considering heavy traffic in City Centre, in addition, I recommend you should stay at this area if you rent a car. You can walk to City Centre from this hotel in around a half hour (about 2.5 km), and you can also use city buses (Rothian line) which stop at the bus stop in the front of this hotel, meaning easy to access City Centre. The hotel staffs kindly welcomed.

Amazing stay. Top-tier service and the rooms are great. Adam at the front desk was always willing to help. Would highly recommend!

The room was impeccable. Also ordered some lovely food from the Dunstane restaurant downstairs, it was delicious!

Loved it, probably the best Hotel I’ve stayed in for some time. Location, staff, facility, cleanliness and comfortable…..

This place is a must while in Edinburgh. Beautiful building with amazing staff ;-) A 10 mins walk to the Murrayfield stadium and 5 mins to restaurants and cafe. The hotel has also a restaurant which was excellent.

Fabulous hotel just a stone’s throw from the town centre and all the attractions. Attentive & friendly staff; exquisite decor and rooms and easily accessible trams & buses.

Fantastic break - just what we were looking for

The hotel was beautiful, cosy, peaceful and very very clean. Its decorated and maintained to a very high standard. The service could not have been better. The breakfast was FANTASTIC! staff were excellent too. We loved every minute of our stay here. Thank you so much!

Very charming hotel in an old mansion with spacious rooms

Room lovely and clean. Comfy bed. Free upgrade on arrival which was great. Staff good, breakfast good . Only disappointment was there was no fruit tea. Would recommend

The hotel was lovely. Alexander made our stay very special. He is an absolutely wonderful doing anything to help us with our time in Scotland from exploring St Andrews to arranging reservations, suggesting stores to get our son moved into his flat, and making our time very special at the Roseate. His leadership sets the tone for the outstanding service level delivered by his staff. We would and will stay at the Roseate again based on our experience and the beautiful accommodations. Alexander is provide extraordinary service. He is warm and helpful making the Roseate a must stay luxury hotel. Every employee was incredibly friendly and provided great service. The hotel itself is beautiful and cozy. We would absolutely stay at the Roseate again. Thank you Alexander for taking such good care of us during our stay.

The room was spacious yet cozy, clean, and very well appointed. The bed was so comfortable. The staff were warm, courteous, friendly, and helpful. The restaurant was also excellent.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß von der Innenstadt entfernt, direkt an der Buslinie 100 (Top !!!), sehr freundliches Personal ( Grüße an Alexander), trotz nahe ander Strasse - sehr ruhig. Wir würden jedesmal wieder hierher kommen.

Excellent hotel. The building is steeped in charm, the rooms are very well appointed, the bar has a fantastic selection and breakfast was superb. Very friendly and attentive service too. A top class experience. Thank you
