部屋はゴージャスでしたが、一部照明の切れた箇所や寝具がサイズに合ってないものが在りました

Very comfortable

4泊の滞在でしたが、希望の部屋は2泊しか泊まれず、残りの2泊は別のお部屋に移動しました。とても人気のホテルです。 スタッフの対応もとても良かったです。

とても便利な場所にあり、部屋の中も可愛くて清潔でした。この時期に開催されるクリスマスマーケットの近くなので、とても人気のホテルで観光客がたくさんいて、活気がありました。

旧市街を楽しみたいなら、立地条件は最高です。 ホテルの周りは静かですので、夜も問題はありません。 ただし清掃は雑、ホテルの駐車場は狭いため直ぐに満車になります。ホテル前の有料駐車場は値段は高くありませんが自腹となります。値段なりのホテルと思います。

the location was great, but the breakfast is not that great and also i do not think that they were changing the sheets or washing the bath tub. not a good hotel to be honest

2月23日から3月4日まで9泊連泊しました。部屋は清潔で大きな窓が2つあり、明るく快適でした。当初、バスタブ付きの部屋を予約していましたが、初日に空きがなく、翌日変更してくれる事になりましたが、窓が1つで中庭に向いた暗い部屋だったので、結局は最初の部屋に連泊になりました。大きな窓が二つで、二重になっていて、外の音も遮断されていましたが、暖房効率も良くなっていると思いました。ただ、部屋はその分乾燥していました。街中心の広場まで徒歩で5分程度。ロケーションも良く便利でした。部屋のドライヤーが故障してい使用できず、それもすぐに対応してくれて、使えるものを持って来てくれました。フロントの対応も親切で満足でした。ホテル内はレストランも英語での対応で十分でしたが、外のお店では、ルーマニア語しか通じない場所も何か所かありました。

A good albeit a bit older hotel. Breakfast was a bit basic but otherwise a very good stay for one night.

It is a good hotel in the center, with great breakfast. But the restrooms are awful! The door is not closed till the end and the toilet door is will holes, so everyone can smell and enjoy the sounds of a pooping process.

The place smelled like oxidized sewer pipes. The beds were super small and only one flat pillow per person. The breakfast was limited and yogurt out of a sealed cup. The bathroom was exposed without a door to enclose and glass enclosures were dangerous to walk around the room. The bathroom tub was challenging to jump into to take a shower, very high and no bars or handles to assist getting in. The air conditioning was not operating, very hot during sleep.

Clean room but need update for the amenities (furniture and bathroom). Mattress was very hard. The AC/heat was not working properly. For the rest, very quiet room, nice view, super location, very friendly staff, easy parking and good breakfast.
