日本で言う二階の、101号室に3泊しました。 ここは広いバルコニーがあり、海の眺めもいいのですが、下の階への階段があり、勝手に上がってこれます。滞在中3人上がってきて驚きました。1人は中へ入って写真撮っていいかと聞かれたので、ここはプライベートエリアだからと断りました。 この点の改善は必要です。あとはまあ、いい宿でした。

ビーチが目の前にありとても素晴らしいホテルでした。 肩ひじ張らなくても泊まれるところが良い。

部屋は清潔で快適でした。周辺も比較的治安がよいようで、夜でも多くの人が海岸沿いの店で食事をしたり散歩をしたりしていました。海風に当たることができ気持ちがよかったです。また、近くに大型ショッピングセンターもあり、よい立地でした。 施設については、スポーツジムやサウナ、ビリヤードなどがありましたが、わかりづらいところにあってほとんど利用されていませんでした。

Unfriendly desk staff, area around the hotel not great and corridors on the bedroom floor look very dated, very average breakfast and tiny pool overlooking a very busy road. But nice room and Salvador is well worth a visit

Hotel bem localizado e na orla da Barra. Funcionários atenciosos, limpo e agradável. Maravilhoso café da manhã. Recomendo.

Fomos muito bem atendidos em tds os setores com profissionais bem treinados. Quando voltar com certeza ficaremos neste hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. First thing is the staff: excellent service, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Maintenance is also impeccable. Everything works, is clean and well kept. Breakfast is amazing! Variety, quality, flavor and nutrition are very well balanced. Probably one of the top three I've had in my life of extensive travels. The only thing really that could use a little improvement is the drink menu at the bar. The quality is great but selection is somewhat limited. We'll definitely be back.

Hotel bom e bem localizado. Cafe da Manha muito bom e com varias opcoes de frutas e salgados, paes, bolos e sucos.

Já conhecia o hotel e nessa segunda vez , continua excelente. Pretendo voltar outras vezes.

While my stay had a few challenges, I appreciated how quickly and pleasantly issues were resolved whenever I reached out via WhatsApp; not the concierge because English speaking staff was limited. For instance, the toilet bowl was on the verge of overflowing upon arrival, and the room door wasn’t locking properly—but both were promptly addressed. However, what truly frustrated me was the repeated miscalculation of the laundry charge. First, I was quoted 620, then 330, then 360, when the actual cost was 320. I had to provide photo evidence of the returned clothes to prove the discrepancy. Honesty is non-negotiable for me, and this matter should be addressed with the staff. On a positive note, the hospitality was outstanding. Gusto, the doorman, and Gabrielle at the front desk were incredibly helpful each day. I regret not catching the other gentleman’s name, but his assistance was much appreciated as well (also a doorman). The included breakfast was superb, and the rooms were exceptionally comfortable.

Ficamos no quarto com vista lateral para o mar,tinha cheiro forte de mofo e produto químico. Duas camas de casal pequenas,confortáveis,dois tipos de travesseiro,razoáveis. O forte é o buffet de café da manhã,bastante variado e gostoso. Limpeza apenas razoável,no primeiro dia havia fios de cabelo no chão do quarto e banheiro. Apesar de ser classificado como 4 estrelas está mais para 3 estrelas na minha experiência pessoal no quesito conforto e comodidade.

Não gostei. Hotel desgastado, odor de mofo, recepção pequena, feia e "sem vida" comparável a de uma pousada, nem águatinha a oferecer quando do checkin. 02 Camas de casal (pequenas), separadas e que não podem ser juntadas. A praia do outro lado da avenida é deserta e sem estrutura.

Atendimento, cortesia e limpeza, impecáveis

Atendimento nota dez! Os funcionários sempre querendo fazer algo para agradar. Quartos espaçosos, limpos e confortáveis. Duas camas de casal por quarto. O restaurante é muito bom e o café da manhã excelente e farto. Piscina aquecida com vista para o mar. Tudo excelente.
