¡El mejor lugar en toda CR para hospedarse! Superó por muchísimo mis expectativas, el desayuno riquísimo, la hospitalidad inmejorable, las actividades dentro del hotel extraordinarias. Definitivamente regresaré! Gracias por todo!

Las habitaciones ya tienen sus años construidas pero las mantienen bien. Es la segunda vez que no me ofrece la bebida de bienvenida.

We had a great experience, staff is great, very clean and would highly recommend it. Harvy gave a great Coffee presentation. Diego is a margarita specialist. Petrito is a great nature guide, best tour ever highly recommend the rafting safari safari. Jose is a great server. All staff made sure that there was no pineapple and guava for my spouse. Much appreciated

Sticlers on thier rules. We had a delay on our flights and wanted to shift our 3 days one day but they wouldn't do it without penalty. The hotel was fairly empty so it shouldn't have been a problem. We had to forfeit our first day because of thier unwillingness to help us out in a bad situation.

Amazing! It's gorgeous all around property, with very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived from La Fortuna late afternoon on spare tire and they right away offer to take care of that for us! They took tire to shop and got in fixed and replaced by the time we were ready to go to dinner! Saved our day! Breakfast was excellent and ambient so beautiful. So many amenities and activities to enjoy on site, for both relaxing and active time.

Es el paraíso! La vegetación es increíble pero también lo es el cuidado y mantenimiento que le dan. Me hospedé en una habitación en la parte más nueva del hotel y fue una gran experiencia, muy espaciosa, silenciosa y con una terraza de lo más agradable. Lo que sí podrían mejorar son los colchones, el mío rechinaba. Me encantó el tour de avistamiento de aves, el de degustación de café y el de avistamiento de ranas; los cuales son gratuitos. El staff es muy amable, pero las felicitaciones especiales se las llevan Alberto (restaurante) y Viviana (recepción). Ya estoy planeando regresar para celebrar mi cumpleaños junto a mi familia.

Beautiful property! You feel right in the jungle. Really good breakfast buffet and restaurant in general. Really enjoyed our stay here.

This resort is ideally located 20mins from La Fortuna and avoids the rush and touristy feeling .. gives total relaxation .. The staff is outstanding and the food at Kitara is top caliber. Highly recommend this place and the staff - chef Alex, Michael and Bryan managers , Harvy , Albert , Diego gave us a royal treat !! Thank you Hamilton Leisure for placing customers first !! This was one of our best vacations .. we are fully recharged.
