Was staying here for after surgery recovery. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Was perfect for me to be able to rest and then do what I could to help with getting mobile. Plus the restaurant Mondo is amazing! Great food and portions and very reasonably priced. My only feedback would be could they have handicap parking closer to the main entrance? Parking availability was further for someone with mobility issues

Do not stay here unless you like getting woken up in the middle of the night by the fire alarm, stained sheets and dingy hotel Rooms. Would never stay here again.

Needed a toothbrush, suggest front desk have them available. As usual they provide one of the worst free breakfasts....floor in eating area was falling in. Hotel is clean and good price

Not the best hotel, I personally wouldn’t stay here again. It’s old and run down. Find a better location

Room very clean, however the tub/shower did not drain. Free breakfast had limited items. No fruit or yogurt. Not the quality of facility I would expect from a Radisson.

We booked for two nights but left day earlier. There was no WiFi so kids were not happy. Not staying again or recommending.

Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with our stay. We did not sleep well due to several guests being very noisy throughout the night, including fighting and repeatedly banging doors. There did not appear to be any staff available to address the situation. In addition, the room and carpet did not feel very clean. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations.

Everything is good staff are nice, breakfast in okay however the wifi is very slow so I just used my data overnight. But overall my stay is good.

Friendly staff

The room was filthy. Beds are uncomfortable and the shower was falling apart. Elevator was broken left open on the third floor not level with the ground. Let staff know and they didn’t care. Someone could have gotten hurt. In the breakfast room the floor is rotten and falling apart. And to top it off the parking lot felt unsafe. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff super helpful and friendly, pet friendly room, smelled fine, bathroom needed a bit of work, bit of mold along the edge of grout in tub. Breakfast was excellent, all the usual stuff plus a good hot breakfast as well. Mondo restaurant attached, ate there last night and was excellent with reasonable prices. This is my 2nd stay here, and will be our go-to when staying Fort ST. John.

Friendly staff, kept room clean and stocked. Nice gym area, laundry on site. Even though property was going through some renovations while we stayed it didn’t affect our stay or comfort. Bed was super comfortable and room was clean and had great service.

Booked a room with 2 queen beds and only got one and had a couple fight like cats and dogs all night next to my room.
