4泊しました。朝食が美味しかった。

とても清潔なホテルだが電気のスイッチの使い方がややこしい。 歯ブラシの用意もない。 朝食場のスタッフの態度が問題。 客に通路を譲らないのは当たり前でずっとじろじろ見ている。 自発的に挨拶しないし、イタリア人にだけ相手から言われたら挨拶をする。 パン焼き機で焼き過ぎて表面を焦がしてしまったが、焦げた臭いを手でパタパタされとても嫌な気持ちになった。

ホテル内は清潔で部屋も言うこと無しですが電気のスイッチがいまいち分かりにくいです。 朝食はスイーツなどもあり、シンプルですが美味しく満足できました。

Struttura moderna e funzionale. Buona colazione e staff disponibile e gentile. Comodissimo il servizio navetta con la metro di Cernusco. parcheggio in loco gratuito.

Chambre très spacieuse. Salle de bains très bien équipée et avec de l’espace pour déposer ses affaires. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et varié, avec œufs brouillés, bacon et saucisses en chaud. Le service navette vers les stations de métro est TRÈS appréciable.

Staff were friendly and accommodating and there was good water pressure in the walk in shower. However there wasn't a kettle and the lights in the bathroom didn't work. Next to a night club so was very loud until late. Free parking and staff were very helpful to make a cup of tea which is not a common thing in Italy!

It was great needed a room near the airport it wasn’t that close to linate but did the trick. Staff so helpful! Even have us a lift to station so we could get the metro into Milan .

O hotel fica um pouco distante do centro de Milão, mas oferece transfer até a estação de metrô mais próxima, o que nos ajudou bastante. O café foi bom. E os funcionários receptivos e prestativos.

Frokost var bra. Restauranten på kveldstid er stengt. Spa var stengt under hele oppholdet, og hotellet ble bestilt pga. av de hadde spa. De hadde sykkelutleie som de opplyste om på nettsiden, men det var skrøpelige sykler, den ene punkterte på veien. Beliggenhet ganske øde med få restauranter og butikker i nærheten. Ca. 20 min. Med T-bane til sentrum. Rommet hadde badekar, men ingen mulighet for å henge opp dusjslangen.

Equipe excelente, quartos com muitos problemas de pouca luz nos banheiros também, ar condicionado fraco, secador de toalha nao funcionando...transfers excelente.

everything is perfect location is far but the rest is really good

Great amenities, a little out of the way from central Florence but if you research a bit you will know this. Amenities and stay wise… zero complaints! TV situation (which I’m seeing is a thing) wasn’t the greatest only because you will need an hmdi to watch anything other than local tv, but still doesn’t take away from the stay. One word… Perfecto!
