Clean facilities, conveient access to the Hepburn Bathhouse

Old style motel whilst still some things to do externally, very very clean inside. Staff receptive to customers and very pleasant.

Property was well maintained. Room was large and fully furnished with king bed, double sofa, dining table and chairs, and plenty of cupboard/drawer space. Spa bath was nice, but had to be careful getting in and out because the bath is deep. All appliances were provided. Bed was very comfy. Location was easily accessible and quiet.

Great location. Very clean rooms with fresh soft towels and crispy linen. Great value. Staff was also extremely helpful.

I booked a room with a spa bath, but the hot water system couldn't provide enough water to fill it up. In fact, by the time the second person took a shower, the water was already turning cold. On top of that, the spa bath itself was broken. The entire place was filled with tiny flying insects, and the soundproofing was terrible—there’s a bar right next door with a live singer performing late into the night. Worst of all, the mattress was broken and completely collapsed in several spots. The only redeeming feature was the excellent wood-fired pizza place right across the street.

Close to the Hepburn Palais, wine bars, Room excellently clean and everything you need for a staycation. Great communication from motel manager and price perfect. Only downside was the very hard bed, somewhat uncomfortable to sleep in, softer mattress required for a 100% review . Hopefully our next stay will see a more comfortable mattress.

Room was clean and well appointed. I was surprised the shower was over the spa but not unusual for country motels and not a deal breaker. Spa was big and deep, great for a long soak. Key wasn't in the room when we arrived but quickly arrived and staff were helpful and friendly when we had trouble figuring out how to lock the door. Room was quiet and comfortable. Bed was large and met our needs.

we enjoyed our stay, room was big and good value. it was very close to the mineral springs and the pizza place across had the most delicious woodfired pizza on a rainy night!

We were in Hepburn Springs to attend a concert at the hotel next door. Jordan was excellent to deal with when I needed to make some changes to the accommodation . The room was warm and spotless and had everything that we required for an echogram vernight stay.

I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone, as they are always unreachable by phone and don’t provide support when it’s needed.

Quiet clean location with nice soft towels! A lovely couple managing it and improving the gardens. Great place to stay. Be prepared to pay $16:50 for a glass of wine at the historic hotel close by.
