The location is pitch-perfect. Close to the strip and to the beach, if you take bus. The heated pool served its purpose, even though the closing time is a bit early I think. The room itself is very spacious. Would easily come again.

Great location to restaurants and bars

Loved the amazing location, the cleanliness of the room and the gorgeous pool. The breakfast was great and would like to thank Lazarus the manager for going above and beyond to ensure me and my friends enjoyed the restaurant. Thank you! I highly recommend this hotel.

This is do basic hotel for a four star!! In our opinion it is a 2-3 star hotel. The staff are very nice and location is good. Food and activities are so let down!! Cold and repetitive. Do not do all inclusive here, it is rip off. Breakfast is OK.

Das Hotel hatte alles was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht, nicht spektakulär, aber gut. Die Zimmer waren ordentlich und sauber. Beim Frühstück hat uns lediglich frisches Obst gefehlt, man konnte bequem und überdacht im Freien Essen. Das Motto des Abend Buffets wechselte jeden Tag, hier hat uns nur die Auswahl an einheimischen Speisen gefehlt. Alles in allem, ein sehr gut im Ort gelegenes Hotel, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Very good hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen in the room was absolutely perfect for us. I want to thank Lazaros - the manager of the restaurant, he is amazing person, and he was so kind and helped us so much and always with smile. The hotel is located in the heart of Ayia Napa, walking distance from all restaurants, shops and bars, and a few minutes from the harbour. We will come back !

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, with good facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As a solo traveller, I was made very welcome, to feel comfortable, getting to know most of the staff by name. Great amenities, buffet restaurant, with indoor and outdoor area. Two outdoor pools, one large and one smaller children's, with loungers. A health spa, gym and 24 hour reception. Right in the heart of Ayia Napa, close to everything.

Huge room. Lovely breakfast. Good price. Great location but the downside of that is the road outside can be a bit noisy but then you are not in ayia napa to sleep

Mycket tillmötesgående. Fint och rent. Tyvärr störde musikunderhållningen delvis mig in på rummet.

Det var rent och fint på hotellet över lag. Inte så mycket folk de dagarna vi var där. Det som förtog hela vistelsen var att vi fick ett rum mot huvudgatan trots att vi bokat mot trädgården. Vi försökte direkt byta men blev nekade av en otrevlig personal. Det var ett otroligt störande nattliv med buskörning och skrikande nattrumlare. Rummet var inte alls isolerat, bara tunna glasväggar. Balkongen gick av dessa skäl inte alls att använda.

Dåligt utbud i baren, vissa i personalen va super och några riktiga tröttmössor. Vattnet som serverades till lunch smakade jätte dåligt. Bad man om bättre vatten skulle dom ha betalt. Dock jobbade världes bästa maneger där så han såg till att vi fick bättre vatten.
