このようなホテルは初めて。大きなビルの幾部屋を個人が（私の宿泊したのは夫婦で）借りているか買ったかで、そこをホテルにしていました。タクシーの運転手さえも場所が分らず探すのに苦労しました。結局番地で探しました。ホテルの入り口に行ってもどのようにしたらいいのか分らず、よその部屋に泊まっている人が教えてくれました。予約確認書を見ても理解できず、名前で分り泊まれました。片言の英語すら通じないのには困りました。ご夫婦のお人柄はいいのですが、部屋の鍵を必ず預けなければいけないのにはちょっと面倒でした。

Perfecta situación en plena Gran Vía y en un edificio super seguro. Las vistas desde la habitación quitan el aliento. Camas cómodas, calefacción perfecta, limpieza y amabilidad. Regreso seguro.

Very good value for money . but its a hostal and with no in-room amenities like electric kettle. However, if you carry one, they help you with bowl, plate etc (for those who would like to eat inside). One big problem however is of language. The owners speak only spanish and that makes it little difficult for those not well versed in spanish. Though the owners are very helpful.

Hostal muy bien situado, con un trato excelente y muy cercacno por parte de los responsables. Muy limpio. Tienen concertado un parking a 6 minutos caminando, en el que dejar el coche te cuesta algo menos de 18€ por día. Los dueños prefieren que hagan una rebaja a los clientes antes que quedarse ellos con comisión. La estancia en el parking por 52 horas sería de 58€, con el descuento del hostal se nos quedó en 40€. Fuimos en familia y hay que decir que no pudo ser más acertada la elección. Cuando vuelva a madrid, esta será sin duda mi primera opción

OK for en enkel overnatting, kort vei til shopping og sightseeing. Veldig lytt ut mot gangen, samt ut mot hovedgata Gran Via, som er veldig trafikkert. Bør tåle litt støy for å bo her. Hyggelig betjening, men kun spansktalende.

It's a good budget option (I paid 45€) located on main shopping street of the city. There is no big sign of the hôtel name outside, so you need to look for the adress number on top of the building door and go to 5th floor. The owner of the place are great, very welcoming and helpful if you need informations. Room is very basic, but clean and quiet at night.

Encontre este hotel excelente, su ubicacion es optima, las instalaciones muy comodas y el personal muy amable. Recomiendo altamente el mismo a aquellas personas que busquen una excelente opcion precio servicio.

Sehr kleines Zimmer, ohne Aussicht aber großes Bett für mich allein. Für eine Nacht als Alleinreisende für mich völlig ausreichend. Freundlicher Empfang durch die Besitzer. Ich konnte auch mein Gepäck noch bis zum Nachmittag deponieren. Es war Anfang Mai tagelang sehr kalt und regnerisch - ich war echt froh, dass die Heizung aufgedreht war.

Hotel très bien situé,bon acceuil très satisfait

Das Hotelzimmer liegt in zentraler Lage, so dass viele Sehenswürdigkeiten - Museo del Prado, Design Museum u.a - als auch die Einkausstraßen, Gastronomie etc. fußläufig erreichbar sind. Ebenso ist die Anbindung an den Flughafenbus - Linie 200 - sehr gut. Das Zimmer war einfach aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet und hatte ein sauberes Bad mit Toilette und Duschwanne. Der Check In und die Bezahlung klappten auch ohne spanische Sprachkenntnisse und in freundlicher Atmosphäre. Wer keine hohen Ansprüche an Mobiliar und Design hat, es dennoch gerne sauber mag und Fußläufigkeit vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten schätzt, ist im Gallaico sicher richtig.

Bra läge, fräscht och rent och mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Trivsamt enkelt litet hotell. Tryggt med portvakt och låst entredörr in till det lilla hotellet på femte våningen. Dock bullrig paradgata utanför men öronproppar eller rum mot gården gav god sömn.

The owners are a charming couple who gave us a charming and warm welcome. They were almost always around and tried to help as much as they could with answering questions. If my Spanish only were a bit more up to snuff!
