I love staying at the Drury, but this location was not at all like the others. Its smaller in dinning and lots of pets. Dogs seem to be every where . One large dog went after another at the elevator and guest could bearly control him. Was not feeling safe for me or my kids. Have stayed there more than onece differnt months and i will look else where. Both times was not the Drury experiance were use to. Infact was just up there last week (for 6 nights)and stayed else where. Did without happy hour ect but was comfortable

Nice place and staff

Amazing place to stay. One of the best we have ever stayed in. Offered a snack, popcorn in the evening, and a very nice breakfast buffet in the morning. Staff was very friendly and personable. Room was beautiful and spacious.

Love staying at the Drury...free breakfast and dinner, plus free drink coupons. We used to hold our family reunions at Drury New Mexico. This year we decided to try Drury Happy Valley because our matriarch and patriarch live in Peoria, AZ. Only downside to this location is area to socialize is smaller and conference rooms are expensive.

We enjoyed the large room with a jacuzzi tub. The heavy room doors tend to slam closed but other than that it was quiet. There was some blue sand in the hallway a kid must have dropped. I shared with the front desk and it was still there the next morning when we checked out. We would definitely stay again due to the clean room and amenities.

Room has a good amount of space, the faucets and bathroom fixtures could use an update. But other than that clean quiet and good food options would deffinatly return.

I was quite happy upon arrival. Unfortunately, I paid for a Jacuzzi room and the Jacuzzi was not working according to the maintenance man, he fixes it three times a week. Due to not being able to use it I was given a free stay. However, my room was not free. My bank went ahead and charged me and not only that I also got another charge for the same day at the same hotel! When I tried to rectify it with a manager, they were very nice and got the original $140 taken off. However, there was the matter of the overcharge of about the same amount. unfortunately, the second manager, I talked to was beyond unhelpful and argumentative. he was actually the person who told me he was going to give me the free stay. When I called back to talk to him and ask him to get the name of the regional manager, he hung up on me! I can prove all I say by my phone records and my banking statements. This is not OK. The hotel was clean, it had a free breakfast and free dinner options, a pool, a hot tub, and if my Jacuzzi room had worked, it would’ve been great. except if I have to go into a place and have a mistake be made like a double charge after being told I would have no charge and being respectful about it and having the person I have to deal with in person and on the phone being rude, then forget it. no matter what happened. There’s no excuse for hanging up on me.
