最高の景色でした。レストランのお料理は美味しかった。朝ご飯はちょっとだけ甘かったなけどとても美味しかったです。 お掃除した後に鳥のフンは　ありました。多分、従業員の靴の裏側にはまってたと思います。 レストランの外側にタバコの吸い殻は沢山ありました。お客様に注意して欲しかったな。

The hotel was very clean and well maintained throughout, and the room itself was spacious and nicely decorated. The staff were also friendly and welcoming. However, the stay felt surprisingly expensive, especially when it came to food. We were served an overpriced salad that consisted of about 90% leafy greens with cold fries on the side, which was quite disappointing. The check-in experience lacked information. We received very little guidance about the hotel’s facilities and services and had to figure everything out ourselves as the days went by. An information pack would have been greatly appreciated, as we spent quite some time feeling confused. Another major downside was the noise. During our short stay, there were several events and a wedding, with loud music playing until 5 a.m. It’s nice that the hotel hosts celebrations, but it was extremely frustrating when we were there to relax and get a good night’s sleep. One final annoyance was that the reception could not offer even a simple paracetamol free of charge when we suddenly got a headache and the pharmacies were closed for the night. Overall, while the hotel itself is attractive and the staff pleasant, the experience did not fully meet expectations given the price.

Everything was ok

The service and atmosphere was excellent. We bought Spa package that included enjoyed the spa hydrotherapy circuit which I Was cooler than it sounded using jackuand massage.

Um paraíso no meio do deserto, comida impecável e deliciosa, limpeza exemplar, e uma equipe incrível. Certamente voltaremos!

It was a great hotel but this is designed for families. Definitely not couples. Also for a 5 star hotel, I was a bit surprised that nothing was complimentary.

Loved our stay in this hotel. The staff are very friendly and nice. The hotel provides different kind of services and it was very easy to communicate with them and plan some of our activities there. The room was spacious, clean and has all the amenities needed. Great place for adults and kids with two pools and a bar facing the ocean. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting a relaxing stay with a 5 star service

Hotel Paracas – A True Gem Hotel Paracas delivers on every front — and then some. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home run for hospitality. The property is stunning, with elegant design, lush grounds, and a serene coastal setting that makes you instantly unwind. Our room was immaculate and beautifully appointed, with incredibly comfortable beds, great amenities, and everything you’d want for a perfect stay. The on-site restaurant is a standout — so much so that we ate there more than once. And here’s the big claim: it wins our “Best Ceviche” award after two months of eating our way through Peru. Fresh, vibrant, and absolutely unforgettable. The only small drawback was that service in the restaurant could occasionally be a bit slow, but the quality of the food and the setting more than made up for it.
