坂の途中にあるのでアクセスが少し不便、しかし街のほぼ中心に位置し便利

バルコニーのある部屋に入ったが、バルコニーは細い坂道のオーバーパスとなっていてそこから湖が見えるすてきな場所。

A very nice woman greeted on my arrival and showed me the hotel. The staff was always very nice and professional. The room was very clean. The hotel is very central and has a nice square where guests can have breakfast or sit down during the day. A very nice and peaceful place.

Fabulous family run hotel literally in the centre of Bellagio. Just a short walk up the cobbled steps from the ferry terminal. Lots of cafés, bars and restaurants just a few steps away. Staff were very helpful. Thanks!

- the staff was super sweet and showed us everything when we arrived - the breakfast area was very peaceful and the selection was good - the room was very tidy but a bit old. Everything worked well however. There’s ac in the rooms.

Hotel Centrale is an appropriate name, it is in the middle of everything. Lovely courtyard for breakfast, close to ferries and plenty of dining options

La bienvenida al hotel estuvo estupenda, el staff es increíble! Siempre atentos y respetuosos! Y el desayuno, ni se diga, esos capuchinos estaban muy ricos! En cuanto a la habitación, aunque es pequeña tiene todo lo suficiente, además de que está preciosa y las camas son cómodas, sin embargo lo que más se agradece es el aire condicionado! No esperamos para regresar en el futuro y hospedarnos en este hotel!

A perfect place to stay, great value for the money !

The hotel was everything we were hoping for. The location was fantastic being right in the middle of Old Bellagio, which enabled us to go back to it anytime without a long walk. I can not say enough good things about the staff. Michael and his team were just great in every way. The morning breakfast was great, and offered you a very nice choice of pastries, eggs, bacon and assorted fruits and yogurts. There is no question if we ever go back we will stay there.

This location was amazing, the staff are great, the room was very nice. The a/c worked wonderfully. I would highly recommend this place. We even had such a cute little balcony. The breakfast was very good too

Lovely hotel in a prefect location just a short walk from ferry port. Room had a view of lake, and a terrace area for everyone to use. Breakfast served each morning by very friendly staff

Café da manhã foi um dos melhores da minha viagem pela Suiça e Itália neste mês. Mas os quartos são um pouco velhos e cama não muito confortável... Dá para escutar tudo o que acontece nos arredores, as paredes são muito finas. Inclusive a água do banheiro do vizinho... Para chegar no hotel precisa subir um bom lance de escadas. Então não vá com mala grandes.

Hotel muito bem localizado, bem no centro, fácil acesso a tudo. As paredes dos quartos, porém, são finas, tem que falar bem baixo pra não incomodar o vizinho. Café da manhã bom. Vale o custo benefício

A perfect stay in the heart of Bellagio with a truly authentic Italian feel. The property is beautifully maintained and feels like a quiet oasis despite being right in the middle of all the action. The entrance is stunning, and people were constantly stopping to take pictures because it’s so beautiful. The rooms are a little smaller, but absolutely worth the trade off for the atmosphere and location. If you want to experience a genuine Italian vibe while being steps from everything, this place is hard to beat.

I honestly can say it has been one of the most pleasant stays we have ecounter in Italy. Everything overall is amazing, but the staff is fantastic, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was also a great highlight! Michele was a fantastic host! We will definitely return.
