とにかく部屋から海が見える環境が最高。

泊まった部屋はオーシャンビューで景色が最高に良かった。空港から車ですぐの立地だけど静かな環境だった。近くにショッピングやレストランやおしゃれなカフェがあり便利だった。

レンタカーを利用した旅行だった為、サーファーズパラダイスより遠くても問題なく、空港から５分もかからない近くて快適なホテル。 初日、慣れない海外の個人手配で不安でしたが、チェックイン時刻（１４時）より早め（１２時頃）にホテルに着き、入り口外の駐車場に車を止め入り口に入っていくと、ちょうど受付がオープンしオーナーに声をかけられ、すぐにチェックイン出来ました。 ※後からわかったのですが、入り口はセキュリティキーが無いと開かないので、待っていてくれたようです。細かなおもてなしに感謝です。 部屋の広さ、清潔さ、快適さ、全てが予想以上で、一緒に宿泊した家族も大満足でした。 オーストラリアの物価の高さについても、近くのスーパーで食材を買い、備え付けの調理器具、食器を利用すれば安く済ませれます。 ※１点、調味料は備え付けに無いので持ち込んだほうが無難。 ホテルではなく、アパートメントなので、タオル交換無や後片付けなんかは必要ですが、長期滞在するのであれば快適な部屋、安い料金で最高の休暇が満喫出来ると思います。

Great apartment. loved the view and the pool. Huge balcony. Close to everything we wanted to go to.

We checked in on Saturday for two nights. I have stayed in many different places around Qld but this was undeniably the worst. On our first day, no pool towels were available for us to use due to reception closed. There was a power outage from around 5pm to 8:30pm on our first night. No power, no water, no cooking able to be done. No showers, no hand washing, no use of toilet flushes. I had two elderly parents with me and there were five of us all up. We couldn't leave the unit as the lifts were not working and it was 9 flights of stairs down to get anywhere. It was nice that the property manage allowed us to check out 1 hour later on Monday, but this did not feel like enough. On Sunday morning at 9am, I attended reception to request more tea/coffee, toilet paper, an extra bin bag, etc. By 12:30pm this had not been provided. There was only one small sachet of dishwashing powder and laundry powder for 5 guests for two nights/3 days. I phoned the main number and was advised there "was no guarantee" it would be provided since reception was now closed and is only open for one hour on weekends, from 9am to 10am. This meant we had to drive out to buy these bare basics. There were 5 of us and what was provided was simply not enough. The BBQ at the pool was not working and when I asked for help, I was advised that due to the power outage the night before, other issues would take precedence. . I've stayed in many, many places and this was by far the worst.

The room was fantastic but desperately needed a paint. Other than that everything was great

The apartment was spacious with the comfiest bed. Ocean view was spectacular with a large balcony area. The gym had most cardio machines - rower, bike & treadmills.

Such a fabulous property. Quiet but within short stroll to everything. Our apartment was so spacious. Just wish we could have stayed longer but will return for sure.

Great location but found didn't supply enough necessities like shower gel & tissues. Water pressure was low for shower & decor very dated. There were traces of dust on bedroom side desks which meant house keeping not doing sufficient job.

There was nothing to dislike. Everything was fantastic and staff were very helpful. Surf Clubs close by for meals as was Seven Eleven, ; Buses, Coolongatta Airpor, beach, walkways . Everything ++. We will return.

Advisable to have a car if you stay at this property for getting around. Although you can walk across the road to the beachfront. We travelled in a quiet period out of school holidays and found the property very quiet, very clean, quick lifts to our level. Staff were very friendly. We would stay here again.

Had a great time with the family (2A 4C). Loved the north sub penthouse views and being able to watch the planes and the ocean!! We had everything we needed, and the pool was great. We will be back!

Fantastic location. On site managers were amazing and great to deal with before and during our stay. We stayed in apt 507 - great apartment with everything you need for your home away from home.

Beautiful location, unit was amazing it was clean & fully self contained , service was excellent easy to access after hours, only fault, one key with fob is issued until office hours, with 5 people it was a bit of an ordeal as a key with fob is needed for all entry points…

Great property. Facilities were clean, and not busy or noisy. Self conatined unit with plates, utensils etc. Would love to come back

We loved absolutely everything about this property, it went over and above our expectations. Tom at Reception was very helpful. Our apartment, one bedroom was very clean and modern, had everything we could want including the best views ever of the ocean from living and bedrooms. It was so relaxing to just sit and watch the waves roll in and the skydivers landing on the beach. We had a very relaxing and wonderful holiday and will definately be back.
