総合評価とレビュー CoolRooms Palacio Villapanés 5 GL

ホテルのエリアの選択ミスだった。周りには食事とかお店が殆ど無くてとても不便だった。また、滞在中は雨が降り続いたのだが、吹き抜けの天井からの雨でロビーの床が水びたしで危険だった。宿泊した部屋に行くのも、いちいち傘をさしていかなければならないのが、不便。天気が良い日は気持ちがいいのではと思う。

レンタカーでナビを頼りにアクセスしましたが，ホテルの入口前に来てもこのホテルだとわかりませんでした．入口にはホテルの目印「H」が出てはいましたが，このホテル名が明記されておらず，また他の建物と独立した建物ではないため見逃してしまいました．ホテル前通りは一方通行で驚くほど狭い路なため車でのアクセスではしっかりと下調べをした方がよいでしょう．Deluxe roomの予約で案内された部屋にはバスタブがありませんでした．Hotels.comの部屋詳細ではバスタブが記載されているため，その旨を告げるとバスタブ付きの部屋に素早く変更してくれました．Deluxe roomでは部屋によってバスタブ付きとバスタブなしの仕様があるとのこと，この点はチェックイン時に選択肢を提示していただきたかったと思いました．お屋敷を改築してホテルにしたとのこと瀟洒な内装で素敵です．ただ，ホテル写真にある入口の吹き抜けのエントランスは天井まで抜けており11月ではとても寒いです．雨のときは覆いがかかるような構造かと思います。ただ，夏はとても快適でしょう．スタッフは皆，とてもとても親切ですし，レストランは白壁のとても素敵な造りで，朝食は本当に優雅です．お勧めできるホテルです．

最高に素敵な滞在をすることができました。

石畳の道路にある入り口を入るとパティオが目に入り、隠れ家のような感じで素敵です。お値段もリーズナブルで、内装は新しく清潔でスタイリッシュ！ スタッフも、若く、責任を持ってキビキビ働いているイメージが強く好感度大。制服も現代風でかつきちんとした感じ。チェックインの時周辺のレストランやバルのおすすめリストをくれ、一番おすすめと印をつけてくれたのが印象的で、行って見たら、大正解！新鮮なお魚を使ったバルで、さらにホテルの信用度が増したのはいうまでもありません。 カテドラルなど街の中心には10分以内でいけるし、ラストランも多いので、便利。セビリア美術館や、バスターミナルも徒歩圏内。4泊し、アルコスドフロレンティーナ、カルモナ、コルドバに、バスと列車で行ったがいずれも駅やバスセンターまでは徒歩。 暑く、町歩きの時間を調整し、シェスタを取り入れながら楽しむことをお勧めします。 エレベーターが一つしかなくなかなか来ないことがあったのが難といえば難。

Un excellent séjour, dans un très bel hôtel,d’où l’on peut faire de nombreuses visites à pieds…pour le fun vous pouvez y arriver en calèche comme devait le faire la famille au XIX siècle

Nice hotel converted from an old palace. Good size rooms, and overall plush setup. On site restaurant seemed expensive. The top floor setup is sad - just chairs and a small “tub” (not a pool).

Large room w character, excellent bed and well located. Overpriced car parking, quite noisy and difficult to sleep and plunge pool very cold. Overall not good VFM

This hotel is a jewel. An ancient palace completely refurbished. The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. It’s in the old town but nearby are plenty of restaurants and tapas bars

Great staff and amenities. Concierge was very helpful and attentive. Spa area wonderful A bit disappointed with the junior suite the room was dark no natural light and a little tired looking. Lobby could be updated

The room we stayed in was large and well appointed. Bed was very comfy and bathroom shower was great. My only comment is that I had requested a room with twin beds. It turns out that the hotel has only one room with twin beds. The way Hotels.coms lays out the room options they imply that twin beds are readily available throughout the hotel which is misleading.

Beautiful small and charming hotel in a quiet street. Wonderful open air courtyard in the middle of the hotel, and also at the back where you can have private drinks. Very warm and cosy, and the service is very professional, polite and cheerful. We ate in the restaurant which had super dishes and were expertly helped by Laura who knew all the dishes. Will definitely return, super find
