総合評価とレビュー San Francisco Hotel Monumento

スタッフの人は、とても親切で、部屋もとてもキレイでした。朝食のバイキングも非常においしく、良かったです。

居心地の良い大変安心できるホテルです。スタッフは日本語も理解できる方もいらっしゃり、ホスピタリティーは素晴らしいです。当日は結婚式が模様されていて、暖かい雰囲気を一層感じました。またカテドラルに隣接しており、旧市街も徒歩圏内であり、立地も最高です。

カテドラルにも徒歩5分程度で行けます。空港まではタクシーを使いましたが、空港←→市内は21ユーロで料金固定でした。ホテル内はとてもキレイでしたし、部屋も清潔感があり水回りも全く問題ありませんでした。朝食は半地下のレストラン内で、パンの種類も多く、野菜もホットミールもあり充実していました。あえて問題点があるとするとwifiのスピード・容量が少し物足りない感じでした。複数ページを同時に開くと止まってしまいましたが、単一で開く分には問題ないと思います。レセプションにいた女性スタッフは英語も流暢でしたが、男性スタッフはスペイン語なまりがきつくかなりわかりづらかったですが、二人共大変親切に対応してくれました。

サンティアゴ大聖堂から歩いて4,5分にある。 古い教会の内部を改装した快適な雰囲気のあるホテル。 スペインでは料金は高い方だが一度は泊まってみる価値はある。

最上階の部屋だったが　「天窓」があって　「部屋のスペース」も広く　快適に過ごせた。

After our final walk on the Camino we decided to splash out on a bit of luxury to finish the holiday off, and we picked well!. The room was well appointed and huge, with a big super comfy bed. The hotel was so beautiful, and we took advantage of the swimming pool and hot tub. the breakfast was excellent, with fresh coffee brought to your table instead of from a machine, and the hotel couldn't be better situated.

My stay was great! The staff was very thoughtful and helpful! They valet checked my car, helped me bags, and were always smiling and courteous!

This was a brilliant choice of hotel after walking to Santiago de Compostela on the Portugeuse Camino. Staff were so so helpful and friendly. Everything was of a good quality, and the service was amazing. I used the pool and jacuzzi which added great value to the stay.
