丁寧かつフレンドリーでした

スタッフの人は、とても親切で、部屋もとてもキレイでした。朝食のバイキングも非常においしく、良かったです。

居心地の良い大変安心できるホテルです。スタッフは日本語も理解できる方もいらっしゃり、ホスピタリティーは素晴らしいです。当日は結婚式が模様されていて、暖かい雰囲気を一層感じました。またカテドラルに隣接しており、旧市街も徒歩圏内であり、立地も最高です。

カテドラルにも徒歩5分程度で行けます。空港まではタクシーを使いましたが、空港←→市内は21ユーロで料金固定でした。ホテル内はとてもキレイでしたし、部屋も清潔感があり水回りも全く問題ありませんでした。朝食は半地下のレストラン内で、パンの種類も多く、野菜もホットミールもあり充実していました。あえて問題点があるとするとwifiのスピード・容量が少し物足りない感じでした。複数ページを同時に開くと止まってしまいましたが、単一で開く分には問題ないと思います。レセプションにいた女性スタッフは英語も流暢でしたが、男性スタッフはスペイン語なまりがきつくかなりわかりづらかったですが、二人共大変親切に対応してくれました。

サンティアゴ大聖堂から歩いて4,5分にある。 古い教会の内部を改装した快適な雰囲気のあるホテル。 スペインでは料金は高い方だが一度は泊まってみる価値はある。

最上階の部屋だったが　「天窓」があって　「部屋のスペース」も広く　快適に過ごせた。

O hotel é um show a parte, maravilhoso, vontade de voltar só para ficar hospedado lá. Era um mosteiro franciscano que foi reformado, misturaram o antigo com o moderno, ficou fantástico. O café da manhã é uma loucura, super farto, com muitas opções e o restaurante, parece a sala do conclave, nunca vi nada igual. Muito bem localizado e muito próximo da catedral. Hotel nota 1000.

Very cool hotel! If you want to treat yourself after completing the Camino, this is the place. Beautiful rooms bordering on luxurious, and a very welcoming and helpful staff. The pool is small but pleasant, although indoors. A short walk to the cathedral, and not much further to all the shopping and dining. A grand old building all around.

Stunning hotel. Superb. Conveniently located near the old centre. Walking distance to all the main attractions. Great breakfast and parking facilities.

Un hotel espectacular tanto por si ubicación, como por las habitaciones, el personal de recepción, el camarero y cocinero del desayuno dos personas fantásticas y el desayuno perfecto.

A unique hotel with a fascinating history. The rooms are beautiful, the location is very convenient, and the breakfasts are delicious. A wonderful place to stay, full of character and charm. I would definitely recommend it.

Very unique hotel in that it was a monastery. Very clean and comfortable. Great location.

Would have expected breakfast to included when we pay approximately 250 euro per night.

Very convenient location, with free parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful historic building. Swimming pool and jacuzzi very welcome after a day's exploring the city. The heritage nature of the building means the rooms are a bit small with limited natural light. And the soundproofing between rooms is weak. We could hear our neighbour coughing all night and chairs being moved around upstairs.

Staff was helpful and very knowledgeable. Hotel has so much history and is centrally located.

Lovely place. Need more staffing in the bar. Would be good if they could figure out how to preserve the historic features while making the property more accessible and safe (lots of tripping hazards).
