家族で泊まりました。特に取り立てて特徴を挙げるほどのホテルではないなと思います。英語は通じます。

Everything about this hotel snd the experience there is amazing, it’s decor, it’s cleanliness, it’s absolutely pristine, it is immaculate with it’s cleanliness, it smells incredible, the decor in the lobby when you first walk in is very high-end and regal-there are large containers, filled with lemon ice water to welcome guests with. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, and also multilingual, check-in went incredibly smooth, they were extremely accommodating and even offered to help with me confirming excursions I had booked, I’m not fluent in Spanish and was having trouble confirming, the gentleman working the desk called the Tour Group for me and confirmed all of my details for pick up… Which was incredibly nice and greatly appreciated. The morning breakfast buffet is delicious, well stocked, and the dining area in the restaurant is beautiful The rooms were in true form to the rest of the hotel, absolutely pristine- very modern, very elegant, the beds and pillows extremely comfortable, it was a very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. This is in a great area of the city, very high-end and close to all of the attractions, I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience there, I know I will return to Argentina again in the future and will absolutely book my accommodations at this location again

Quarto limpo bem arrumado, equipe de limpeza gentil.

Room was nice, but noise harassment by maids at the crack of dawn. Also, rude reception. Completely ignored me while looking on his computer endlessly. I asked to leave my bag for two hours since check out is 10;00 am. When I returned to fetch my bag I was handed a bill for the bag! No mention of baggage fee when I left the bag.

Hotel está desatualizado, toalhas gastas, café da manhã bem básico. Estive no mesmo hotel 10 anos atrás e a experiência foi outra, muito melhor: ou eu era menos exigente rs. Mas a equipe é muito simpática, especialmente o Enzo e a Llamila.

spotless and excellent staqff

Nice hotel very well located. Very clean but rooms could be revamped. The elevators are slow and sometimes it takes time to get one. Staff nice and welcoming but check in process could be better. I had to fill in a paper form even when I had already completed everything online. The hotel is dark, no much daylight in any area. The breakfast is nice.

Todo bien. Excelente ubicación, habitaciones amplias, buen desayuno.

La chambre était bien, dommage qu’il n’y avait qu’une serviette de bain pour deux… Personnel très discret, pas très souriant. Bonne situation en centre-ville.

Quartos pequenos, mas confortáveis para um casal. Bem localizado. Bom atendimento.

El desayuno muy rico . Tomo leche almendra y me sirvieron especialmente . Muy bien internet y la ubicación . Me gustó mucho la pileta y sauna

Breakfast was gross. Elevators are slow especially when everyone is checking out at once. I had to wait more than 30 minutes once I left my room to finally get a free elevator and wait in line to check out. The cleaning staff only restocked towels and soap when rhey cleaned the room and the bed was left unmade and disorganized.

a estrutura do hotel é velha e mal cuidada. O frigobar nao funcionava, o chuveiro uma experiencia terrivel, a temperatura oscilava demais, e era impossivel tomar um banho completo sem ficar ajustando. Os travesseiros velhos.

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa do começo ao fim. O recepcionista Lucas nos atendeu muito bem. O café da manhã é muito gostoso e os quartos têm ótimos tamanhos. A localização do hotel é perfeita. Queremos voltar mais vezes.
