アットホームなホテル。朝方ついて荷物を預けに行ったが、アーリチェックインで1時間ほどで部屋に通してくれた。その間2階のコーヒーメーカーのあるパティオに案内してくれた。ロビーの前を通るたびに挨拶してくれ、皆フレンドリーだった。付属のレストランでのポーランド料理もおいしかった。

The location was perfect to see the old town. The staff were very kind. The breakfast was good.

事前に駐車場の案内があるとより使いやすくなると思う。

深夜入りして朝一に出ましたが快適でクリーンなベッドと美味しい朝食でした。旧市街にありますが閑静です。 バスタブが無かったことだけが残念でしたが、時間によってはスパが利用できるようです。

The room is quite big for 2 people. The location of this hotel is very nice. You can go to the center of the old city easily. Only breakfast is something we were not satisfied, but overall it's cozy.

広場に近く、周りにはレストランやスーパーもあるため非常に快適。 朝食とwifiも問題なし。 ベットが小さいのと、路面電車の音が若干気になったが、満足できました。

　窓を開けていないと空調が入らない部屋でした。シャワールームの清掃はいまいち。それ以外は満足できます。

We were two couples (my wife and I, along with my parents), who stayed at Hotel Wawel for 3 nights. We received wonderful, huge, fresh and quiet rooms (#313 and #314), with our choice of sunken bath for two, or shower (with second television viewing area). We chose one of each and found the service, facilities, and personnel to be exemplary. I want to note ESPECIALLY the young ladies who managed the breakfast each day. They were very kind, polite, patient and quick to respond to any needs of the guests. The food was consistently being tended to and refilled. The tables and buffet area were kept immaculately clean and neat. Nothing was allowed to be in short supply. In summary, they made every day begin in a happy and satisfied mood. THANK YOU!

The hotel is in a great location, is clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent. All around highly recommended.

Superb location on 5 min walk to old town main square and 5 mins to castle and river front. Breakfast was continental with scrambled and fried eggs and hot dog type sausages. The room was bigger than most hotels and a great shower. Free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the 1st floor orangery. We will definitely return to this hotel and the cost makes it easy to recommend

Very helpful staff, clean and confortable. Great location. Even provided a packed lunch on last day as we were leaving too early for breakfast.

Good location. False advertisement as there is no sauna or spaor possibility for massage as advertised on e.g.Youtube and on hotel's TV channel.Closed since 5 years!!!. This was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.Beds are hard. Breakfast is good but repetitive.

We loved the character of the property - the wall murals and the orangery were highlights. It was very convenient - close to the action of old town but not on a busy street.

A hotel of character in a quiet street which is easily accessible to the attraction, restaurants and bars. Room was simply furnished air con (great as it was 30 degrees! And modernised bathroom. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was varied

Fire overnattinger i aug -25. Kan absolutt anbefales. Sentralt til alt, hyggelig betjening, flotte rom, frokost utmerket. Hotellet ellers veldig stilig, og en utmerket restaurant rett gjennom bakhagen. Vi var 8 personer og fikk ikke bagasjen før dag 2 og 3. Resepsjon veldig hjelpsom med å spore.

We showed up early and had our room right away. This place has AC that actually works!!!! Staff is great and the price is right considering the competition in the area. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel in the perfect spot. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was super clean, breakfast always great. Would stay here again without hesitation.
