とても広い部屋でしたが隅々まで掃除が行き届いており、気持ちよく滞在することができました。無料の牛乳のサービスも嬉しかったです。 また、チェックアウト後も荷物を数時間預かっていただけたため、近所のオタゴ博物館もゆっくり楽しむことができました。

Great set up for kids

the property is old and the showers are the most obvious sign of that. Nevertheless the size of the rooms are generous, they are 1970s style motel with kitchens.

We enjoyed our stay at Woodlands.

Modern, spacious accommodation with full kitchen and great bathroom with large shower. We will definitely stay here again.

The best place in Dunedin that I’ve stayed in.

Good value for money. Quiet location and very close to Otago University campus. Walking distance (about 20 minutes) to the Octagon area. Plenty of space and adequate storage. Bed was comfortable. Nice to have the stove to prepare some warm food. Kitchen had all the essentials. Chilly winter weather outside but two heaters kept it adequately warm inside. A few electrical outlets did not work. Not completely eco-friendly -- changed towels every day and there was a half-inch gap at the top of the entry door. Office is open only from 8AM to 6PM. Free daily newspaper was appreciated. Several international and local fast food outlets in the neighborhood. Supermarkets (GW and Woolworth) are a few blocks away (15-20 minutes walking). There is a convenience store about a block away if the weather is rainy or you need something late at night. We used the very convenient and cost-effective Super Shuttle to and from the airport.

Great location and clean, tidy rooms. Plenty of room for a family with 3 teens. We will stay here again in the future!

Location top notch, close to transport and restaurants but needs updating and a handyman

I've stayed here a couple of times before and always found it value for money. Had a down stairs unit this time, which I appreciated.

Enjoyed the large rooms and space if family staying. Convient for us and want we were in Dunedin to do. Warm and cosy.

Property was a lot larger than expected. It was clean and comfortable with all amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay again.

We were in a recently refurbished room, and facilities and service were great, rooms are spacious clean and tidy. Great value for money. Only negative was poor wifi signal (couldn’t connect in bedrooms), in living room where signal was stronger it still repeatedly disconnected.
