スタッフの方親切でした。ベランダからのJacaの風景は素晴らしかったです。ただ朝食はイマイチでした。

受付から始まり、大変いい対応をしていただきました。お部屋もとても清潔でした。雨が降っていた為、夕飯はホテルのレストランを利用しました。肉の焼き方など焼き直しも快く引き受けてくださり、とても親切でした。お米のレストランと言うだけありリゾットは本当に美味しかったです。

La atención de los recepcionistas, excelente. Amables y deseando ayudar. Ante todo. Ahora bien, al entrar en la habitación encontramos una puesta a punto deficiente: habían cambiado camas y puesto toallas, lo demás no parecía haberse tocado. El suelo estaba lleno de pelos, como la bañera. La estantería del mueble del baño tenía mucho polvo y no habían recargado el gel. Nos quedamos helados y nos dió bastante asco. Me cuesta pensar en el hotel, en cuanto estrictamente a lo que alojamiento se refiere, como un 4 estrellas. Una cosa es que haya cosas anticuadas o estropeadas y otra la falta de higiene en la limpieza.

Spa excelente! Camareros y la camarera en el buffet desayuno son muy amables.

En el baño valoraría más que ademas de gel de ducha hubiera tambien champú. Los vasos para el enjuague eran de cartón y no se cambiaron durante nuestra estancia.

Todo muy normal El hotel necesita una actualizacion hay cosas descuidadas com el suelo de nuestra habitacion con zonas semilevantadas. El zumo del desayuno inbebible, si és un 4 estrellas tiene que poner un zumo de naranja natural y no ese brebaje. La zona de piscina muy bien. Otra cosa que no se entiende és que en la cafeteria no te hagan un bocadillo por la tarde o noche pero si lo hacen para desayunar aunque la cocina les funciona en horario de tarde/noche. Vamos que no les da la gana.

El estado del hotel y la limpieza deja mucho que desear. No dispone de servicio minibar, armarios sin puertas. No dispone de ningún producto de limpieza en la habitación

Great location, clean and quiet. Nice and clean pool.

Good postioned hotel. Not far to walk into the main shoping & dining areas. They have secure parking. Pool was nice but limited sunbeds & umbrellas. A good choice of breakfast items but the 'hot' food was cold.

Habitación grande y cómoda, aunque la puerta de acceso al balcón estaba atascada. El aire acondicionado también era difícil de regular o no funcionaba bien. Por lo demás hotel en buenas condiciones de limpieza, camas cómodas y habitaciones amplias. La piscina está muy bien. No hemos probado el desayuno, que estaba disponible por 12 euros. Hotel muy bien ubicado

Très bel hôtel, accueillant, avec une jolie piscine et espace extérieur. Garage fermé disponible. Cafétéria accessible.

Not a 4-star hotel - worn carpets, room not truly clean nor luxurious. I'd call it a 3-star.

This hotel is located on the main road heading into Jaca from the north. Free parking is available on the road behind the building. Everything in the room is as it shiuld be apart from the sink in the bathroom which appeared to be missing its end cap so the water was splashing sidewards. Apart from this I would stay here again

This hotel is situated with walking distance of the centre of town. Free parking is available on a side road at the back of the building. The room is spacious and has a king size bed made from two singles pushed together. There is also a large settee so the room could easily sleep three. The doors to the rooms slam hard if you let them close by themself. The noise can be heard when guests in other rooms let them slam.

Ça n’a rien d’un 4*. Les finitions sont vieux (joints dans la douche vieux et mal fait, le mur qui s’effrite, les meubles vieux en mauvais état.

Lo mejor de todo: Habitación grande, con balcón. Buenos servicios, como el restaurante del hotel y bonitas instalaciones. Lo peor de todo: Para dormir 3 personas el sofá cama de la tercera persona no es cómodo. Por otra parte, las habitaciones necesitan una reforma. El garaje si dispones de un vehículo muy bajo precaución con las rampas porque puede rascar en el suelo.

El hotel no estaba mal pero le hacia falta una mano de pintura. El bufet desayuno muy malo, frio, poca variedad, eso ha sido lo peor no merece los 10 euros por persona. La gente del hotel muy amable es lo mejor que tiene este hotel.

This is a nice hotel that is a 5 minute walk to the old city. We paid extra for a room with a kitchenette which was convenient for keeping our breakfast things, making coffee and keeping our beers cold. There is a grocery store on the same road as the hotel, on the way to the old city. There is also free parking in a lot 2 blocks behind the hotel. It backs onto the castle grounds. There are two decent restaurants near the side entrance to the Cathedral and several more behind the Cathedral that have tables outside in a big sunny plaza. The staff at the hotel were really nice and helpful.
