閑静な環境でツェルマットのように観光客が多く押し寄せる事もなく、風光明媚で、スタッフのホスピタリティも最高。とてもリフレッシュ出来ました。また訪れたいと思います。

ｼﾞｭﾆｱｽｲｰﾄﾊﾞﾙｺﾆｰ付と期待しすぎでした。部屋は１Ｆでした、日本の２Ｆに当たります。周囲の環境は部屋から眺める景色も良いのですが官人の窓の前に木がありその木が邪魔でせっかくの景色が見えにくいです。また、１Ｆの階段のｴﾚﾍﾞｰﾀｰ前には壊れた機械が置いてあり２Ｆには同じ場所に蘭の花もあり２Ｆと相当違うなと思いました。 部屋は２Ｆの歩く音が聞こえてきます。木造なのでしょうがないかとも思いますが、 正直期待しすぎでした。

The staff and amenities were top notch. The only issue we had were the amount of children running around the property, and some of them did not seem to be watched by a parent.

Simply AMAZING! The views are spectacular, beautiful room and perfect service from everyone at the staff. Can’t wait to come back

Staff are superb, extremely friendly and willing to help whenever needed. Food was excellent, views spectacular. Highly recommend if staying in Wengen.

The hotel provided a spectacular view of the mountains along with a lovely restaurant and helpful staff.

One of a kind hospitality, quiet location, and views. The dinner at the altitude bar was a definite highlight. The restaurant crew unmatched. Possibly the best at any resort, hotel thus far. A four course meal possibly at a Michelin level. Definitely recommend!!

Overall a remarkable hotel with service to match!

For our honeymoon stay it was perfect, great views and a fairly good selection of food in the restaurant. Pool is well sized and deep enough for more than just laps but it was a tad cold.. Two negatives I would mention was the TV supplied in the room is pretty bare bones.. budget TVs with netflix pre installed are cheaper than ever now so it would've been nice to have a TV that could actually be enjoyed, and the rooms walls are somewhat thin meaning you can hear noise during morning and evening though thankfully during our stay the hotel was fairly empty so that wasn't a major issue. Wengen is a amazing place to stay and this hotel is a solid option.

Just Excellent

Went on a Birthday trip for my wife, and it was really pleasing area and Hotel. The staff is very nice and they spoke English. The breakfast was great it comes with the room stay. They have a free shuttle van that takes you when you arrive and depart from the Hotel. Other then that you need to walk around the town. Everything is clean in side the Hotel the rooms have great views and the pool is clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Just a perfect hotel / resort I have have ever experienced. The property, their excellent staff …. Hope other hotels can learn from them about customer service.

The view from the town-facing balcony is awesome. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is fine, just a bit dated.
