無人のホテルです。カードをなくして部屋に入れなくなったときどうなるのか心配でした。 壁が薄く、周りの音や光が入ってきます。 一つしかない共用バスルームの中にトイレ・シャワー・洗面所があるため、歯磨き・トイレなどすべてタイミングを計る必要があり不便でした。

共用シャワー室の排水が悪く水が流れなかった。 エレベーターが極端に狭く、スーツケースひとつと人が一人入るのがやっと。出入りにちょっとしたテクニックが必要。

シンプルなホテル。立地はよく、食べる場所には困らないです。メスタージャにも徒歩圏内。冷蔵庫はありません。上階のシャワーの圧が弱いのが課題。

部屋が広くて綺麗なホテルでした。フロントの女性が感じの良い人でした。ホテルの周辺には色んなお店があって困らなかった。夜はちょっとうるさいです。

B&Bといいながら、朝食サービスは無い。別料金を払うと、近くのカフェでパン、コーヒー、ジュースの朝食ヴァウチャーを出す、との説明だったので、面倒なので辞めた。 場所、旧市街へのアクセス、WiFiは良い。駐車は付近に無料路駐可なのだが、日中は混んでいて場所を見つけるのに苦労する。 専用バスルームといっても、部屋の中ではなく、部屋を出て通路の反対側にある鍵付きバスルーム（当然んながら、バスタブは無くシャワー、トイレ、洗面のみ）を使う。 建物、部屋設備とも旧いが、価格を考えると相応であろう。

市街地にすぐ。地下鉄もアラメダとコロン駅のすぐ近くで、まわりの環境もよく、建物も静かで、部屋や浴室も大変過ごしやすかったです。ただ共同シャワーとトイレを、朝、他のお客さんが一時間くらいずっと使用していて、トイレに行けなくて大変辛かったです。それと室内の電気が暗かったのが若干不満でした。部屋の狭さは、まあ、このお値段だからよしとしても。

The room was clean and the position great for service and transport. Close by you can find Mercado de Colon and several shops. The only thing I would suggest to the property is a small fridge in the room.

Did not receive the instructions to get in and wasted time getting into the room!

The area is nice. Close to bus, metro lines and lots of restaurants. The front door to the building sticks, so be prepared to enter the code 4-6 times and violently shake the door (the wait staff at the restaurant on the ground floor will smile at you because they see this happen repeatedly). I didn’t get my access code 48 hours ahead of time- I had to message them twice saying that I didn’t have the code. The wifi and AC work well. There are limited hours for reception, so a lot of time there’s no one there to help you if anything goes wrong. No ability to drop off a bag early or hold until later.

I booked a room with private bathroom and never got that. Had to share with 3 other rooms. Not good with a person who had IBS. It's location is good, but sharing a bathroom goes back 50 years. Also the lift is so small, we struggled as average sized couple with small rucksacks and we filled the l8ft. It's a very old building. Lots of noise. Was a last minute booking and won't go back.

Central location, check in (contactless/automated) was a bit confusing but convenient as I arrived late. Room was comfortable, air conditioning was a bit noisy and it was a little inconvenient having the bathroom separate to the bedroom, but manageable.

I had a nice single room, perfect for my stay for 1 more additional night. Location is brilliant and was helped to check in. Would recommend

Postazione eccellente per girare Valencia a piedi. La camera, matrimoniale con bagno privato, carina. Purtroppo mancante di insonorizzazione e del bagno a disposizione di altri ospiti proprio davanti la nostra porta di accesso.

Had problem with check in machine but was sorted out rapidly by staff. Perfect spot … except if you want to go to bed early 🙂
