北Walesに入る前泊として、60代夫婦が宿泊したホテルです。当日は列車が大幅に遅延したため、チェックインがその日のラスト一組だった私たちでしたが、快く迎え入れてくれました。 何よりも嬉しかったのは、ウェルカムドリンクとして、ワイン一本を無料でプレゼントしてくれたことです。 部屋には扇風機が設置されていて、快適に部屋内での時間を過ごせました。大型画面のテレビにて、サッカー・ワールドカップの試合も、迫力満点の映像で楽しめました。 チェスター駅からは少し離れているので、駅とホテルの往復にはタクシーの利用がおすすめです。(£5.5〜6.5くらいでした)

可愛らしい部屋で、必要なものは揃っています。ですが、ポットについては何ヶ月洗っていないのだろう？というくらい抵抗がある汚れ方をしていましたので使いませんでした。ポットを使う予定がある方はご注意ください。 立地は大聖堂も近く、観光にも便利ですが、駅からスーツケースを引いての徒歩移動は無謀です。タクシーの使用をお勧めします。

バスターミナルからほど近い。街の中心に近い。歴史のあるﾊﾟﾌﾞでとても雰囲気がある。部屋は水回りは新しくて快適。レセプションにチェスター駅への行き方（バスなど）を聞いたら知らなかった。タクシーで 行けばと言われた。実際は駅までのバスが複数運行していた。友人にホテルの写真を見せたら 羨ましがられた。

The place is beautiful and was great to be able to eat in the restaurant and have drinks in the bar. The beds were comfortable and the outside noise was minimal. I’ll be using this hotel again

Convenient close to the town fun

Great location , great bar with good atmosphere , bedrooms , clean , nice shower, fluffy white towels , nice decor! Check in was smooth & staff were very helpful ! Great value .

We enjoyed our stay in this quirky hotel. Our room was on the top floor, via a set of very uneven stairs (it is very old). Our room was very hot as Chester was experiencing extremely warm weather. We loved the location of the hotel and the room was very clean.

Lovely clean room very comfortable and cosy. Gorgeous bathroom with a large shower. Pub has loads of character and charm, staff very friendly and helpful. Perfect place to stay to be in the centre of everything.

As we arrived at check in to the Pied Bull the young lady who checked us in was looking through her computer she suddenly said im just looking at what rooms we have i notice you are on a walking stick and we have you on our second floor room but notice your stick our stairs are not so good they are very old and im looking to get you a lower room. This she did amazingly a room with just 2 steps up i didnt get her name but she was a excellent at her job and pied bull are lucky to have her. Pied Bull is one of Chesters oldest buildings. Its staircase is large and creaky. The bar and restaurant are lovely. The rooms are clean and hotel.is well.looked after. There is a beer garden and the pub brews its own beers. The hotel.is a short walk to numerous restaurants and a short walk to Chester Cathederal and its beautiful grounds. Lots of shopping can be found just a 10 minute stroll away. There are beautiful Roman ruins around the city, the city walls wrap around city and you can walk around them. You can jump off and on a bus City if it is large tour buus shich tells you all dď

Room was clean, we where in room 17, the room could do with some sound proofing around the front door and secondary double glazing inside of the front window, very noisy late at night with music and people at the pub on next door. The breakfast was a little expensive at over £16 per person however the portions size was extremely generous for the money and for those that like thier real ales the pub has its own micro brewery on site. I would recommend this hotel.

Great location. Stayed in room 1, bed was extremely comfortable, great powerful shower. Room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Staff were helpful and friendly. Well stocked bar. Would highly recommend.

We couldn't fault anything. Staff we're friendly. We had an evening meal and breakfast both we're very good. We stayed in the Brewers Cottage a really lovely cosy room. We enjoyed our stay so much we have booked again for the end of July.

Perfect location at the top of the historic centre, close to the North Tower on the city walls. Very friendly & helpful staff. A short taxi ride from the railway station. We enjoyed our short stay here & wish it could have been longer. Thoroughly recommended.

Great place to stay for the night! Just watch your head and the wobbly stairs! Would recommend and return!!
