可愛らしい部屋で、必要なものは揃っています。ですが、ポットについては何ヶ月洗っていないのだろう？というくらい抵抗がある汚れ方をしていましたので使いませんでした。ポットを使う予定がある方はご注意ください。 立地は大聖堂も近く、観光にも便利ですが、駅からスーツケースを引いての徒歩移動は無謀です。タクシーの使用をお勧めします。

バスターミナルからほど近い。街の中心に近い。歴史のあるﾊﾟﾌﾞでとても雰囲気がある。部屋は水回りは新しくて快適。レセプションにチェスター駅への行き方（バスなど）を聞いたら知らなかった。タクシーで 行けばと言われた。実際は駅までのバスが複数運行していた。友人にホテルの写真を見せたら 羨ましがられた。

Lovely clean room & very quiet, both outside & inside. Comfortable bed. Staff were all very pleasant. Very central, extremely well-situated for both the events we went to at the Theatre & a live gig. mostb

Room clean and cozy but not

As a gold member I should have received a bottle of wine, this didn’t happen. Rooms was tiny, small double bed with very thin mattress. bar and restaurant lovely and breakfast very good

Lovely ground floor room. Spacious and clean. Great central location.

Order breakfast from a menu, juice and cereal at the bar. The staff we interacted with were always polite. The beds were uncomfortable and walls are thin. Glass collection really early on the morning right under the window which didn't help with the lack of sleep

Staff were so helpful , food was amazing, room was spotless and comfy . Location was perfect .

Lovely attic room but you could hear next door being sick in the night /snoring/coughing . Sadly bed wasn’t comfortable instead of slats you were sleeping on hardboard . Great pub downstairs

Quaint, clean, cosy place with a fantastic breakfast. However, there was a complementary bottle of wine included in our booking which we didn’t get even though the hotel confirmed beforehand. Don’t be fooled if you see this offered!

We have stayed here a few times which we have always enjoyed. This time not as much as we were allocated a room up 3 flights of very steep stairs. It was extremely noisy outside with pubgoers which I know is not the hotels fault who is walking past. It was mad Friday (at Christmas) so was extremely busy. The pressure on the shower was diabolical and was at best a trickle. The carpet in the bedroom was dirty and needs a good clean. We would stay again but prefer other rooms we have stayed in. All staff very pleasant and welcoming. Great location on the high street.

Great pub and hotel. Lovely room and staff very friendly. The Sunday roast was very nice. Location is excellent, right in the city centre.

Room was beautiful and spotless(room 3 four poster suite). Staff were superb, the pub is so cozy and welcoming! We will definitely be returning next time we visit Chester. We normally stay at the Grosvenor and I can honestly say that the Pied Bull is 10 times better. Loved it! Thanks
