ツインベッドの部屋を予約したがダブルベッドの部屋だった。

下水の匂いが部屋に充満しており、バスタブも汚い。 朝6時のシャトルバスを予約し、受付にバスが来たら教えるのでソファに座っておいてと言われたが全く来ず、受付に尋ねると既に出たと言われた。 結局1時間半程バスを待たされたが、謝罪は一切無しでヘラヘラしていた。 受付のレベル、部屋のレベル、周りの騒音等どこも良いところが無くこのホテルに＄100程度払う価値は無いと感じた。 他の国のラディソンブルーには何度か泊まっているが、ここのラディソンはラディソンと名乗って良いレベルじゃ無いと感じた。 それどころか普通の＄100以下のホテルに泊まった方がまだマシだと感じた。 10日程度エジプトに滞在したが、このホテル程色々な意味で気分が悪くなるホテルはなかった。エジプトは人も良くとても良い国だと満足して帰国しようとしていたので、余計に残念な気持ちになった。

チェックイン待ちの列が10人以上出来ているのにフロントの応対者は一人のみ。他の従業員はロビー内でウロウロし会話しているのみ。 他の点も含め全くサービスという面で期待できないホテル。

ホテル併設のスポーツバーレストランの直情の部屋で、夜遅くまで非常にうるさかった。

最初に通された部屋でお風呂に入ったら浴室が水浸しになり、部屋中に溢れ出した。部屋を交換してもらったので事なきを得たが、下水道設備の点検はしっかりして欲しい。 空港から近くなのはいいが、近くのモールSun City まで歩いて20くらいはかかる。ビジネスでの利用が良いと思う。 帰りにホテルで空港迄のタクシーを頼んで先にレシート90ポンド書いてもらったにもかかわらず、運転手は100ポンドチップを要求してきた。ホテルにタクシー頼む際にはチップも先に交渉した方が得策かも。

Check in correct, The room is nice and quite spacious, with a beautiful bathroom. The staff is friendly. However, I wouldn't recommend the buffet restaurant or the breakfast. In any case, I didn't enjoy them at all. The Italian restaurant, on the other hand, is quite good and offers excellent service.

Easy fast check in, friendly staff, room very spacious and clean. WiFi strong in the room and throughout the property. Nice heated pool on the roof. Buffett was better than average, with good variety.

We recently spent one week at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Cairo Heliopolis and had a very pleasant overall experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Cairo International Airport. Although it is somewhat farther from the city center and Giza, this distance allows guests to stay away from the hustle and bustle and heavy traffic of downtown Cairo. Considering current Uber fares (February 2026), it is still worthwhile to stay in this area, even if the trip to downtown takes approximately 30 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic. The hotel itself maintains a high standard of accommodation. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are consistently polite and friendly. The breakfast offers a wide variety of traditional and international options, including an omelet station, fresh fruit, and a coffee machine. The only concern may be for guests who are sensitive to noise. Rooms facing the main street can be affected by traffic sounds and may not be ideal for light sleepers. We were fortunate to have our room changed to the quieter side of the building on the second day. I hope the management team will consider addressing this issue in the future, perhaps by enhancing soundproofing in the street-facing rooms. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the quality of service provided.

Pool on roof only and rooms a little dark and awkward lighting but generally good apart from that.

The hotel is very comfortable, clean and the buffet restaurant where we had breakfast and dinner was overall pretty good, especially the fresh fruits and vegetables. It is close to the airport, which was important for us. Not very close to the old city or historical sites but you have to choose. The wifi was also very good.

Sauberkeit hatte viel Luft nach oben. Die Lage in Heliopolis ist für Sightseeing zu weit (Innenstadt 30 min, Gizeh 60 min). Rooftop Pool nicht beheizt und je nach Wind Kerosin vom Flughafen. Keine alternativen Restaurants in der Nähe. Preisniveau der Hotelrestaurants für ägyptische Verhältnisse eher hoch und nicht besonders gut. Personal überwiegend freundlich bemüht. Zimmer besser nach hinten raus, die Straße ist zu laut.
