ツインベッドの部屋を予約したがダブルベッドの部屋だった。

下水の匂いが部屋に充満しており、バスタブも汚い。 朝6時のシャトルバスを予約し、受付にバスが来たら教えるのでソファに座っておいてと言われたが全く来ず、受付に尋ねると既に出たと言われた。 結局1時間半程バスを待たされたが、謝罪は一切無しでヘラヘラしていた。 受付のレベル、部屋のレベル、周りの騒音等どこも良いところが無くこのホテルに＄100程度払う価値は無いと感じた。 他の国のラディソンブルーには何度か泊まっているが、ここのラディソンはラディソンと名乗って良いレベルじゃ無いと感じた。 それどころか普通の＄100以下のホテルに泊まった方がまだマシだと感じた。 10日程度エジプトに滞在したが、このホテル程色々な意味で気分が悪くなるホテルはなかった。エジプトは人も良くとても良い国だと満足して帰国しようとしていたので、余計に残念な気持ちになった。

チェックイン待ちの列が10人以上出来ているのにフロントの応対者は一人のみ。他の従業員はロビー内でウロウロし会話しているのみ。 他の点も含め全くサービスという面で期待できないホテル。

ホテル併設のスポーツバーレストランの直情の部屋で、夜遅くまで非常にうるさかった。

最初に通された部屋でお風呂に入ったら浴室が水浸しになり、部屋中に溢れ出した。部屋を交換してもらったので事なきを得たが、下水道設備の点検はしっかりして欲しい。 空港から近くなのはいいが、近くのモールSun City まで歩いて20くらいはかかる。ビジネスでの利用が良いと思う。 帰りにホテルで空港迄のタクシーを頼んで先にレシート90ポンド書いてもらったにもかかわらず、運転手は100ポンドチップを要求してきた。ホテルにタクシー頼む際にはチップも先に交渉した方が得策かも。

Next to airport but conditions can be bettee

Our stay was room only for a week, the room was spacious, all amenities available including tea and coffee facilities, fridge and a safe. Iron and hairdryer. Water bottles was left every morning when room was cleaned. There is a roof pool and seating area but unfortunately the pool was very cold to swim, not heated in May. Staff everywhere helpful and polite. Security at front of hotel and location great with great shops around

large breakfast buffet, nice rooms, good location in Heliopolis to get around. I specifically have to emphasise the friendlyness of the staff: I checked in early, I checked out late, no problem, everyone so helpfull. Nice rooftop pool as well.

Check in correct, The room is nice and quite spacious, with a beautiful bathroom. The staff is friendly. However, I wouldn't recommend the buffet restaurant or the breakfast. In any case, I didn't enjoy them at all. The Italian restaurant, on the other hand, is quite good and offers excellent service.

Easy fast check in, friendly staff, room very spacious and clean. WiFi strong in the room and throughout the property. Nice heated pool on the roof. Buffett was better than average, with good variety.
