下水の匂いが部屋に充満しており、バスタブも汚い。 朝6時のシャトルバスを予約し、受付にバスが来たら教えるのでソファに座っておいてと言われたが全く来ず、受付に尋ねると既に出たと言われた。 結局1時間半程バスを待たされたが、謝罪は一切無しでヘラヘラしていた。 受付のレベル、部屋のレベル、周りの騒音等どこも良いところが無くこのホテルに＄100程度払う価値は無いと感じた。 他の国のラディソンブルーには何度か泊まっているが、ここのラディソンはラディソンと名乗って良いレベルじゃ無いと感じた。 それどころか普通の＄100以下のホテルに泊まった方がまだマシだと感じた。 10日程度エジプトに滞在したが、このホテル程色々な意味で気分が悪くなるホテルはなかった。エジプトは人も良くとても良い国だと満足して帰国しようとしていたので、余計に残念な気持ちになった。

チェックイン待ちの列が10人以上出来ているのにフロントの応対者は一人のみ。他の従業員はロビー内でウロウロし会話しているのみ。 他の点も含め全くサービスという面で期待できないホテル。

ホテル併設のスポーツバーレストランの直情の部屋で、夜遅くまで非常にうるさかった。

最初に通された部屋でお風呂に入ったら浴室が水浸しになり、部屋中に溢れ出した。部屋を交換してもらったので事なきを得たが、下水道設備の点検はしっかりして欲しい。 空港から近くなのはいいが、近くのモールSun City まで歩いて20くらいはかかる。ビジネスでの利用が良いと思う。 帰りにホテルで空港迄のタクシーを頼んで先にレシート90ポンド書いてもらったにもかかわらず、運転手は100ポンドチップを要求してきた。ホテルにタクシー頼む際にはチップも先に交渉した方が得策かも。

Quite noisy as the hotel is very close to the main road and at the back there are dogs barking and a restaurant open quite late. Food quality is average. Probably better to have lunch or dinner at the buffet rather than at the hotel restaurant. Food on the low level for quite high prices.

The room was noisy because of street traffic. The hot and cold water alternate randomly during showers. Electric goes off and you have to call front desk to find circuit breakers. Toilet flush leaking. Lights flickery. For the price the hotel rooms are just ok. Poor finishings. It’s clean and the staff are super friendly. At the bar there was a hotel staff lady in purple jacket super mean to the bus boy and we heard all the dramas.

Staff are very friendly & helpful & they try all the time to make your stay comfortable specially chef Suliman from restaurant , he adds value to our vacation

Nice breakfast, close to the airport, and shopping

Hotel was never cleaned properly. Very dusty and mould around the bath. Blood on the bed quilt. They failed to refil the coffee and tea stand every morning and I kept having to ask.

Three nights stay had a great time, was treated very well by the staff. Pool area was great as a smoker there was lots of places indoors to smoke.

The hotel looks nice as you walk in and for the most part it is quite nice can see some aging and bad repairs here and there. That’s really not my issue though. Checking in waiting at queue two men walked past me and reception staff just served them. I let it go not worth the hassle just an observation. But then one day at dinner not any of the many waiters could ask if I wanted a drink? Then there is the tour arrangers in the reception. I was to go to the pyramids and museum. The man who takes me the one that the hotel arranged for me takes me to a shop and claims it’s a museum it a paper shop where they sell the $10 airport price pictures. He was pressuring me to buy a picture I had no interest in whatsoever ever. I don’t even like them not my thing. I offered him money just so I could go without feeling guilty, which he took. He kept on with the high pressure sales tactics. I know I should have walked away and left but I was so caught up in that moment of guilt. Anyway I don’t think a hotel should be participating in these practices. Particularly one with an international brand. I used the hotel tour operator as I thought I would be better off but they charged me £100 and of course you need to tip everyone and then on top I still needed to pay all the entrance fees on top. They claim there was a washing machine in room. I did not even see one in the whole hotel never mind room and I had been banking on it so took less clothes than I needed for whole stay.

Un hotel perfecto si visitas Egipto

Leider war mein Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend. Bei der Ankunft gab es im Zimmer zunächst kein trimkwasser. Als es schließlich aus dem Wasserhahn lief, war es stark verunreinigt – ich bin dadurch krank geworden. Ich hatte eine Suite gebucht, doch auf dem Sofa waren deutlich sichtbare, unhygienische Flecken. Zusätzlich roch das gesamte Zimmer stark nach frittiertem Essen. Auch die Business Lounge war keine Verbesserung: Dort lief zwar Musik, aber der Sound war defekt, sodass es eher störend als angenehm war. Insgesamt ein sehr unangenehmes Erlebnis – für mich definitiv kein zweites Mal.
