今回で3度目の滞在でした。典型的なイタリアの小さいホテルで個人的には気にいってます。近代的なホテルが好みの方には向いていません。 ボローニャを訪れる時にはまた利用するつもりです。

環状道路に近く、中心DUE TORRIまで歩いて10分余り、毎朝30分程、市街を散策した後、中庭でゴージャスなバイキングでの朝食を戴きました。イタリアが初めての同僚4人も3日滞在するうちにすっかり馴染んで、名残惜しそうに次の目的地に向かいました。私の部屋は裏通りに面した部屋で、おそらく一番殺風景な部屋だたっと勘ぐっています（値打ちの分からないはずの他の3人が、中庭に面した部屋でした）。それと、オレンジジュースが薄かったのが唯一の不満。また泊まりたい。

中庭の周囲にコテージ風の部屋が並び、朝食のレストランは中庭に面していてとても良い雰囲気でした。ホテル内をネコが自由に歩き回っていていました。室内も綺麗で、部屋の入り口や中庭のベンチなどもセンスの良さを感じました。 場所は大通りに面していないのでわかりにくいのですが、空港からタクシーで行ったので、問題ありませんでした。観光エリアには徒歩で15分くらい。街中ではないので静かで、地元の雰囲気も味わえます。また行きたいホテルです。

こじんまりとしたホテルで、中庭があって快適でした。バスタブが大きくてゆっくり入れて満足しました。朝食も良かったです。

場所は見つけにくいが 旧市街まで徒歩7分、便利。朝食も充実、推薦できるホテル。

中庭で朝食を頂くことができ、雰囲気、ボリューム共に素敵なホテル。フロントのサービスも良く、海外の宿泊客に慣れているので、心地よく過ごせました。また泊まりたいホテルです。

One of my favorite comfort hotel stays of our trip! Modernized rooms with plenty of space, comforts, and best A/C we have found in a hotel. Breakfast is wonderful and the location is very quiet and convenient, especially if you plan to walk the Portico di San Luca. This hotel in Bologna was quite refreshing after some smaller, tighter, older locales.

It is a nice quiet property, well maintained with lovely gardens. It is a bit of a walk to the main square, but very manageable as long as it is not too hot. The room was comfortable and spacious.

Virkelig nogen flotte fælles arealer. Hyggeligst morgenmads område og skøn gårdhave. Hotellet ligger centralt og med gode restauranter tæt på. Kan virkelig anbefales.

The hotel is situated about 10 minutes from the centre of Bologna. It’s an easy walk and means you are in a much quieter area. We stayed in the Residence building which isn’t part of the main hotel building. The room was nice and big, plenty of space, the bathroom was small but adequate. If you are a bigger person or you struggle with movement, you would definitely struggle with the limited space. The shower was small and the shower tray filled up very quickly, although it didn’t leak out as we were quick. I would also add that the walls and ceiling are paper thin! You can hear everything. I really struggled to sleep so I would recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. We were on the first floor and we could hear the front door opening and closing, people talking all the way up the stairs, their doors closing, people moving around in their rooms, the bathroom noise, you really can hear everything!! The breakfast was fine, nothing particularly special but perfectly adequate. The surroundings are beautiful. The courtyard is lovely and on a nice day, you can have your breakfast outside. I probably wouldn’t stay here again but it is in a good location and it’s extremely clean with very nice staff.

Quiet hotel in quiet neighborhood. Several very good places to ear within short walking distance. Breakfast was good. Safe and secure property. Would stay here again.

The hotel is very nice, on the outskirts of the historical center. Peaseful surroundings and just a 15 min walk to the Piazza. We loved it!

Wow! What a disappointment. In a city with only one 5 star hotel, how on earth can this be 4 stars. I should have known based on the initial communication from the hotel on their recommendations. They told me to look online or Get Your Guide for tour/visit suggestions.... Don't let the charming court yard picture fool you. It is basically the path to the breakfast area. Here are some highlights: The hotel is basically a set of apartments. Our room was completely detached from the main hotel and had several other residential homes in between. The room also makes no mention that it has no elevators... we were on the third floor and our doorman could not handle our luggage. I ended up carrying most of the bags up out of pity. I carried them all down since there is no service. The room I selected was expected to be spacious but felt all wrong (bed was on a mezzanine). The room materials was budget decor. The from desk staff were not helpful. My only request was asking if I can call a van for transport and that was met with a response as if it's near impossible (I called an Uber van). No attempt was made to help with the bags... The only saving grace at this hotel was the restaurant it had a wonderfully attentive server (breakfast itself was forgettable). The restaurant across the street is a convenient and good choice. The location is outside the core old city (quieter area). Room WIFI code says it all... laughably bad. One of my worst hotel experiences.

A nice hotel on the edge of the old town, around 10 minutes walk away to the centre. Room was spacious and very clean and well appointed. Breakfast was nowhere near as good as people make out on here however
