The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I arranged for airport transfers in advance, but they didn't come until I contacted them after arriving at the airport.

受付、設備等、全て良かったです。バスルームの換気だけイマイチです。 マチュピチュに行くために、2日間、荷物を無料で預けることができました。 朝食も最高でした。

全て満足！バスタブの熱いお湯もたまり、レインボーマウンテンで疲れた体をリラックスできます。

ワンチャック駅から歩いて3分、アルマス広場からは徒歩12〜3分で、便利な立地。スタッフもとても親切。 アメニティはシンプルだが、困らない。エスプレッソマシンがあるが、2泊目以降はコーヒーが補充されないので、コーヒーを飲む方は持参された方が良い。お湯はエスプレッソマシンで沸かすことができる。ペルーのホテルはティッシュペーパーが部屋にない率が高いので、ティッシュも多めに持ってこられた方が良いかも。

El hotel está actual. Las habitaciones amplias El baño también era amplio Desayuno con gran variedad de productos. Muy completo en general Cerca del aeropuerto y de las zonas turísticas a 1 km caminando en 15 minutos

Excellent stay, breakfast from 3AM! Great idea for early tours.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, a pocos minutos del centro, lo que facilita mucho la exploración de la ciudad. La atención fue excepcional, con un equipo muy atento y acogedor, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El desayuno es abundante, con una gran variedad de opciones, perfecto para empezar el día. Las instalaciones son cómodas, con habitaciones muy limpias y excelentes comodidades.

Very kind to offer airport transfer. The room have all you need and the bed were very comfortable. However the AC was loudly but you could open window/ balcony door and since the temperature was below 20 deg C it helped us indeed. The breakfast was very fresh and extensive opening hours generous. Big thanks to their gluten free assortment I would not worry about the location. If you want to go to the plaza it cost 15 soles single way with uber. Conclusion: I strongly recommend this hotel All in all well recommended hotel.

El personal es muy atento desde el conductor del shuttle hasta housekeepers. Al llegar a la habitación siempre hay detalles que se agradecen, yo tuve una emergencia médica y me pusieron en contacto con una clínica además de proporcionarme oxígeno.

Friendly hotel staff members, services top notch. I will stay again at Sonesta when I travel back to Cusco. Staff spoke excellent English which allowed to communicate with ease.
