The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I arranged for airport transfers in advance, but they didn't come until I contacted them after arriving at the airport.

受付、設備等、全て良かったです。バスルームの換気だけイマイチです。 マチュピチュに行くために、2日間、荷物を無料で預けることができました。 朝食も最高でした。

全て満足！バスタブの熱いお湯もたまり、レインボーマウンテンで疲れた体をリラックスできます。

ワンチャック駅から歩いて3分、アルマス広場からは徒歩12〜3分で、便利な立地。スタッフもとても親切。 アメニティはシンプルだが、困らない。エスプレッソマシンがあるが、2泊目以降はコーヒーが補充されないので、コーヒーを飲む方は持参された方が良い。お湯はエスプレッソマシンで沸かすことができる。ペルーのホテルはティッシュペーパーが部屋にない率が高いので、ティッシュも多めに持ってこられた方が良いかも。

Thanks to the staff here, I was back in Cusco after a day in macchu piccu and had a horrible acute case of soroche. They sorted me out straight away with oxygen in the room, which made me able to get up and out to a flight. My partner also reports that the breakfast spread was the best of the whole holiday (including hotels with much bigger claims of luxury)

The staff were great, they were servicing snacks, drinks as you were waiting for your room. The breakfast excellent, they can omelet the way you like it another locally berries and fruits.

Great experience

Airport pickup drop off was great; checkin was smooth; Reception staff was helpful; while the rooms are nit fancy, they are very functional and spacious; bedding was clean and beds were firm and ideal for us as we dislike soft beds. Bathrooms were very clean as well; only negative would be the floor carpets, and bedding runners, both looked old and could use a refresh; Highlight was definitely the breakfast with ample variety of local and standard options; location is also a plus because it’s 10 min walk to Plaza De Armas, and yet, it’s not as noisy or busy as it is closer to the plaza;

Loved staying here

Very nice hotel. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Nice views out the windows. Fantastic breakfast included - probably the best we’ve ever had!

Todo excelente. Queda a 15 mins caminando de la Plaza Central.
