お部屋は清潔でベッドも大きく良かったです。クリスマス後と言うこともあり、スタッフが足りていないように感じました。受付のスタッフもサービス精神に欠けていたように思います。理由として、部屋で飲む飲み物の氷を受付まで取りに行きましたが、「どこでもらえるかわからないから、向かいのレストランに聞いてみて」と適当な返答をされました。あまり新設な対応ではないと感じました。

夜12時前に到着したにもかかわらず親切な対応で、バスタブもあり部屋も清潔でお薦めできるホテルです。駐車場のセキュリティも良くお薦めできるホテルです。

Everything was satisfying as always. I use to stay here when I have an early flight as it only 10 minutes from the airport. Nice big rooms. Many tv channels and great restaurants

The worst part was the room temperature stayed between 25.5-25.8C (78F) despite us adjusting the thermostat. Opening the window didn’t help. The front desk was informed and told us they would change the toom temp to 19C and we can switch rooms in 30 minutes if no improvement (No change offered right away despite me telling them we had a maximum of three hours to sleep before needing to go to the airport.) I was somehow able to falls asleep eventually but my husband didn’t get but maybe 30 minutes of sleep. Also, we could feel all the springs in the mattress. It was the most uncomfortable bed we slept on after almost two weeks in Croatia. Wouldn’t recommend staying there.
