部屋にケトルがない（貸してほしいと申し出ると10ユーロを要求された、オランダのホテル、B＆Bで50回以上泊まったが、こういう宿は見たことがない） 2泊目に石鹸やシャンプーの補充、タオルの一部取り換えがなかった 部屋・洗面所にコップもグラスもない、このホテルでは歯磨きをする時に蛇口から水を口に含むことになっているようだ 4階なのに狭い階段しかなく、大変不便

The location is excellent, and I enjoyed the beautiful canal. In my room, however, wi-fi did not work well.

トイレとシャワーが部屋の外にあるのですが、他の部屋の人と共用のようでした。 部屋に冷蔵庫がなかったのは注意が必要です。

ホテルは趣があるものの別館は酒屋の隣で少し怖い…。朝食は美味しく立地も良いのだけれど。あとスタッフによっては対応にかなり差があります。是非、本館に、とお願いした方がよいです！

非常にアクセスが良い割には，静かで過ごしやすいホテルでした． エレベーターが無いので，大きな荷物を持っての旅行には注意が必要です．

立地は駅に近く良いです。同僚と同行しましたが二人とも離れの部屋でした。離れは少なくとも2箇所あり，写真とぜんぜん違う。私は屋根裏部屋で夜中に雨が降ると屋根に当たる雨音がうるさくて目を覚ましてしまいました。シャワーの水圧も低く，ネットも不安定でした。朝食はまあまあ。中国人がたくさん泊まっていて，"夜にあなたの仲間が騒いでいた"と言われました。それは我々ではないことは説明しました。

Shared bath and toilet, but very comfortable. And very close to station of NS and Tram for Haag centraal.

部屋は４階。狭い階段をスーツケースを持って上がるのは大変だったが、部屋自体はそこそこ広く、バスタブもありお湯もでるのでよかった。朝食も野菜はないが、満足できる。ただ、蚊が大量発生しているそうで、部屋に入った時窓が開いていたせいもあり、蚊がたくさん入っていてかなり刺された。

こじんまりとしていますが、とても落ち着いた雰囲気のいいホテルでした。 到着が受付時間を過ぎてしまったのですが系列店に電話をしたところ 5分ほどでスタッフさんがきて対応してくださいました。 駅から近くて良い立地でした。

4泊しましたが，バスマットを置き忘れたり，バスタオルを置き忘れたりと確認はいまいち．古いからなのかオートロックもエレベータもなく，狭い階段を重たい荷物を持ってあがるのは一苦労．まあそれがヨーロピアンスタイルと言われればそれまでですが．

フロントに到着すると、徒歩5分ぐらいの別のホテルに行くように指示されました。事前に連絡してほしいです。

誠にオランダっぽい部屋です。 急な階段を3階まであがって、屋根裏部屋。 部屋にはミニバーも何もなし。 朝食は、ハムとチーズ、シリアルだけ。 普通のこじんまりした、質素なオランダの宿です。 ただし、デルフト駅からの便は最高。

Il y avait des toiles d’araignées dans le studio, pas de confiture au petit déjeuner. Sinon c’était bien. ce qu’il serait bien C’est d’indiquer en première page du site Internet que le studio est Localisé à cinq minutes à pied.

Attic room was large. No AC so open windows let in noisy drinking crowd sounds at 2 AM. . .Stairs narrow steep winding very short foot area--dangerous. No help taking luggage to attic room. Toiletries very tiny, insufficient for 2 people. No indication of WiFi code in the room. No tea bags supplied w the kettle.

Great location near it all! Staff was amazing, room was roomy, bed was comfortable - would stay again!

This hotel could really improve with some easy changes. They only give you coffee in the room on your first day. That makes no sense!! They don’t replenish toilet paper, Kleenex or empty the trash when they make up your room. We had to ask for more toilet paper. The towels are thin and old and so are the bed linens. The chairs are stained. General maintenance isn’t addressed, throughout the hotel. Too bad because it could be a really charming hotel with minimal effort.

Centrally located next to a canal of Old Delft, we got a studio with a kitchenette which we used to fix breakfast. Very nice overall. We were in the annex 1 street over, so I can't comment about the main hotel.

Ruime studio in het centrum van Delft. Iets wat gedateerd, maar daar is de prijs ook naar. Alles is op loopafstand. Je bevind je midden in het bruisende leven van de stad, met ook de daarbij horende geluiden van het nacht leven.

What a great stay we had! I was a little worried as this was a new place for us, and we have had some nightmare places to stay before on our travels, but we are happy to say that this was NOT one of them. We stayed in the little apartment, and everything was great. There was a little kitchen with everything that you would need... a private bathroom, a lounge room with a tv, a dining table where we all sat and played cards one night and a bedroom above that with lovely crisp clean sheets. It was nice being in central delft town Itself so it's a short walk to everything, just watch out for the bicycles! The gentleman who was at the desk was very friendly.Helpful.Spoke very good english and made us feel welcome. There was no bad odor in the apartment. As you would understand some places do have that bad odor but I am happy to report.There is no bad odor whatsoever. Would I stay there again absolutely? In fact, I i'm looking to book very soon. Thankyou.
