Not bad. Breakfast should not expect.

Pleasantly surprised to find the room was so large and very nice. Just like the photos, modern decor, large room and bathroom for wheelchair or walker accessible. The bathrooms included detachable showerhead and shower chair and room was close to the entrance and elevator.

I stayed here to celebrate my granddaughter's 5th birthday because they have an indoor pool. The front desk staff was amazing. I had all three grandchildren, ages six, five, & three stay with me. They treated the children wonderfully. We spent many hours in the pool / jacuzzi and the grandkids already asked me when we can go back there.The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious enough for us to play some games and do some art. The breakfast buffet was also really good and there was something for everyone. It was a fairly easy walk to the food trucks 1/3 of a mile away, which was a great option when you have picky eaters. This is going to be our new birthday tradition so I will definitely be staying there again.

I paid for jetted tub and they said none of the rooms have it

There was a large group of younger people (not children) that literally went down the hall screaming. Their behavior was not the hotel’s fault but it is not a well insulated place so it echoes.

Good location. Clean. Bed was very comfortable. Extra fee for pet.

Staff was friendly, and plenty of nearby amenities & dining options. Continental breakfast was good with everything fully stocked. Rooms were clean and comfortable beds.

Everyone there was very nice made you feel welcomed and it was very clean. I also enjoyed the breakfast.

The bed bed was broken. We couldn’t get a new room.

The front desk was so sweet and helpful. The room was so clean and didn’t have a stale or old smoke smell. Food and coffee are close but they have snacks at the hotel as well.

Good stay, hotel was under construction but stay was nice for short time

The room was very clean and the check in experience on Saturday morning was great and the receptionist very nice and professional. The 2 ladies receptionist who took over the afternoon shift were careless, passive aggressive and unprofessional. We over heard other guest complaining about them as well. Good hotel overall but the afternoon receptionists attitude was a disappointment.

Excellent property! The only thing was that the A/C unit in our room was loud. Other than that, will definitely return!

Requested an accessible tub. When we got there elevator was out of service. Difficult for my mother to walk up the stairs. So we got a first floor room that had a regular tub.
