ｼﾄﾞﾆｰ市内の混雑を避けてのんびり滞在4日間でした。ホテル自身は清潔で従業員の対応も良く、環境も良好でした。少し残念でしたのは、朝食付きで申し込んだのですが、朝食バフェット内容に変化が無く、サラダ系が無かった点です、毎朝ですと飽きてしまいました、そこ以外満足でした。前滞在先のケアンズの朝食付きホテルの豪華さと比較してはいけないのでしょうが。

毎日部屋の清掃やベットメイクが行き届いていて、非常に快適に生活が出来ました。日本語スタッフは不在でしたが親切な対応で、英語が苦手でも問題ありませんでした。

Great customer service, safe to park outside especially with security parrolling carpark with buggy. Awesome view from level 4 can see rugby field and surroundings. Definitely be returning

The staff were excellent. Our room with two double beds was bigger than expected and had plenty of space for my wife and I and our two children. The buffet breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. My only gripe would be stained grouting in the bathroom but you see that everywhere except 5 star hotels (where they renovate every few years). All in all, excellent value, and a perfect location for those travelling from VIC to QLD.

Great location around Liverpool, Sydney. It’s a bonus to have option to charge electric car. Spacious room, clean and friendly reception staff.

Breakfast was good and pretty standard. Room was clean. Excellent, helpful, and friendly staff. Convenient club next door, perfect for children, family, entertainment, and food.

Large comfortable room.

The best check-in experience ever. After a long haul flight arrived at the hotel at 8am, greeted by a very friendly staff member (didn’t get her name, sorry) and was told my room was ready. I have stayed at this hotel many times and have always been happy. Recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay. Couldn’t fault anything.

All the staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful, one even went out of her way to show us to the food place we were looking for. Our room was comfortable and clean. The pool area was nice but the bottom of the pool needed to be cleaned. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Very clean room and friendly staff. Just one thing which is I would prefer a soap bar instead of body wash, as some customers, including myself, have had allergic reactions to the body wash provided for the shower.

The original question to this review was 'How was your Check-in? Whilst both our stay at the Hotel and our dinner at the Catholic Club were good, our experience accessing the hotel was not. We travelled from Canberra and drove around the local area with the hotel in sight for at least 15 minutes before finally giving up, entering the Catholic Club carpark and entering that Club to find out how we got to the Hotel! Nowhere on your website, or the Hotel description on Hotels.com where we booked, does it say the Hotel is accessed through the Catholic Club carpark and there were no signs that we saw at either driveway entrance to the Club. Needless to say, we were not impressed and the gentleman at the reception desk wasn't in the least interested in our plight.
