ｼﾄﾞﾆｰ市内の混雑を避けてのんびり滞在4日間でした。ホテル自身は清潔で従業員の対応も良く、環境も良好でした。少し残念でしたのは、朝食付きで申し込んだのですが、朝食バフェット内容に変化が無く、サラダ系が無かった点です、毎朝ですと飽きてしまいました、そこ以外満足でした。前滞在先のケアンズの朝食付きホテルの豪華さと比較してはいけないのでしょうが。

毎日部屋の清掃やベットメイクが行き届いていて、非常に快適に生活が出来ました。日本語スタッフは不在でしたが親切な対応で、英語が苦手でも問題ありませんでした。

My bathroom had not been cleaned properly there was literally 100’s of pubic hairs in the shower and outside of it. I was moved to another room but the floor in the bathroom looked very dirty. I think it is due to the type of tile, they need to look at different cleaning products. Having access to the gym was wonderful. The restaurant was about to get an upgrade so I look forward to seeing that. Meal was OK.

Great hotel for that price point. Unfortunate there are no other food options walking distance or water in the room. Room was comfortable and AC worked well.

Staff were very professional and friendly, entire place was tidy as was our room, plenty of parking spaces and entertainment

Great customer service, safe to park outside especially with security parrolling carpark with buggy. Awesome view from level 4 can see rugby field and surroundings. Definitely be returning

The staff were excellent. Our room with two double beds was bigger than expected and had plenty of space for my wife and I and our two children. The buffet breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. My only gripe would be stained grouting in the bathroom but you see that everywhere except 5 star hotels (where they renovate every few years). All in all, excellent value, and a perfect location for those travelling from VIC to QLD.

Great location around Liverpool, Sydney. It’s a bonus to have option to charge electric car. Spacious room, clean and friendly reception staff.
