It smells awful

Clean room, bed was good and soft bedsheets and soft towels. Good shower, soap, hair shampoo and body wash. Shower had good pressure. Wifi was a hit and miss unfortunately, and tv was so-so. Gentlemen at front were exceptionally nice! Nice to have fancy coffees and tea selection, as well as orange and apple juice and a fun slushie machine as well. Thankful they give you a discount if you have surgery at the Kingston General Hospital too!

All good and the attention was good for Sagar, thank you.

No breakfast at this hotel!!

The room was very clean and Pam at the front desk was really helpful and nice. She even makes cookies for guests. It doesn't look like much on the outside but the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The parking spaces could be a little bit wider

The property was fine but the Expedia description was very wrong. The hotel no longer has an all-night desk, breakfast included and etc. The profile needs to be upgraded.

Clean room and amenities. Excellent staff, nice location and great price. The daytime receptionist also gave us some delicious homemade cookies! Will definitely stay there again.

The room was clean enough, the one bed was caved in in the middle, very worn out mattress. The staff person on checking in was helpful and polite. This hotel is really a motel, and is located in a rundown part of Kingston. We went for a walk one evening; lots of homeless and vagrant. You would not want to be out after dark in this area.

Pool is not in order, too cold to use anyways. The room was great, beds and pillows soft and fluffy, floor were clean. Bathroom was good, some rust or something on top of heaters. During booking, it showed hreakfast was included, not this time ! Sad, it was only muffins and various fruits, but it did the trick!!

The staff there was amazing. The coffee machine was awesome. Everybody was really friendly and nice and it was great. I loved it there.

I enjoyed my stay here! There were some issues though, like the wifi cutting out for about 12 hours or so. I went to the front desk to let them know and it took a while for the wifi to come back. The bathub was also dirty. I did a quick scrub of the tub and was fine using it afterwards. The only thing I couldn't really get over was the remote to the TV was sticky. Like really sticky. Besides these issues, I genuinely had a great time for the price that it was, and honestly, I would stay here again!

Decent for a one nighter. Bed was smaller than the expected queen, looked a little bigger than a double but was comfortable. Tv was pretty small and they had a portable heater for warmth, interesting but okay. Room itself was clean. Staff was friendly.

Property was ok. Pam was superb and she was also very helpful

The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and informative. The room was great with a table to sit at. The motel provided a heater which came in handy in the sub zero temperatures. The motel offered a breakfast including orange juice et al, coffee with freshly ground beans, muffins, yoghurt and fresh fruit. My room was a short walk from Princess Street.
