ケンジントンガーデンズ近くで閑静な場所で、飲食店や地下鉄駅にも近く、非常に便利でした。

1泊だけの利用でしたが、寝る分に何も困りませんでした。また、朝食も付いていて満足でした。ただし、泊まる上でいくつか注意しないといけない点がありました。エレベーターがない，連泊する場合はタオル交換がない（£1で交換可能）、トイレとシャワールームが下水道の匂いがする、WiFiがないなどです。総合的に、値段相応という感じでした。

バスタオルと石鹸しかありません。 ロケーションと料金は好評価です。

小さな石鹸、タオルのみ トイレの水も流れない 風呂場は掃除されていない アクセスはいいので泊まるだけと、わりきってしまえばいい宿なのでは？？

お部屋は清潔です。タオル交換は有料です。コップもないのでうがい用は自分で用意します。居心地よいです。建物が何棟にも分かれています。価格から考えて妥当ですがエレベーターはありません。シャワーはお部屋についています。wifiは無料ではなく有料でした。毎日２ポンドかかります。フロントの人によって対応の親切さは変わります。立地は治安が良いベイズウォーター駅から徒歩３分から５分（棟によって異なる）です。総合的には使える宿だと思いますが、私は問題が起きた際のフロントマンの対応に閉口してしまったので問題が起こらなければいい宿として記憶に残ったのに、、、と思っています。

We went in the summer so of course it was super hot because the rooms have no AC, but nothing that the hotel really can control so we made the best of it. The reception staff were always super nice and helpful. The free breakfast was a great plus. And our room had a cute little balcony that was shaded, so even tho it was hot, it was still a great space. Also, not the biggest room in the world but there was enough space to have two carry on bags, two backpacks, and one checked bag. It’s nothing luxurious, but the place in town that it’s in, the cleanliness, the service, and the private bathroom make it definitely worth it and a really good stay for London.

Hébergement très bien situé près de stations de metro. Nous sommes arrivées très tôt et ils ont accepté de nous faire un early check-in. Il n’y a pas d’air climatisé dans les chambre donc ça devient chaud rapidement. Nous avons eu de la difficulté à fermer la fenêtre qui etait déjà ouverte à notre arrivée et lorsque nous avons demandé de l’aide à la réception, le garçon nous as presque dit de sortir nos muscles! Au final ça l’a marcher mais de peine et misère. Le petit déjeuner était parfait.

Lovely converted British home. High ceilings, accents, etc. Small room but perfectly adequate for a few nights stay. Breakfast was a lovely addition. Friendly staff, clean and quiet. Close to Hyde Park and Queensway Road with lots of choices for restaurants and shopping.

The room is basic but got everything you need even including a fan for when the weather was hot. The bathroom is modern and the included breakfast is great and has many options. The staff are friendly and helpful, will definitely stay again.

Basic place but well located next to two different tube station. Staff was super helpful. Left my bag with wallet and AirPods in the room and they call me to say they found it and kept it safe in reception.

Great value, clean, tidy and easy to get to. Room was very clean and the facilities in the hotel and our room were good. They had a water cooler by reception which was lovely and cold, perfect for us to fill bottles during the hot period during our stay. There was a fan in the room which helped to cool the room a bit. There wasn’t aircon which is understandable given the age of the property. There were some free breakfast items to choose from and some items which could be paid for. Ordering the breakfast was more difficult than you would expect it to be. A slip on the table to select your items is fine, but it’s not laid out in a suitable way to select items if there’s more than one guest. We wrote quantities (2) beside items because there were two of us. We asked the server if it was possible to request a second croissant as there were two of us. It never came and the servers seemed busy so we gave up. We stayed for 5 nights, but only tried the breakfast that one time. There were options for breakfast nearby the hotel which were good. We would absolutely recommend the hotel and would stay again, just wouldn’t bother with the breakfast.

Good location with plenty of a variety of places to eat & drink. Safe area, affluent. Easy to walk to Kensington Park & Palace. Staff friendly at hotel, rooms clean & tidy. Two close tube stations. Easy walk of about 25-30 mins to Marble Arch & Oxford Street along Bayswater Road. Hotel recommended for a stay. Continental breakfast was included in room price.

Our stay was a pleasant stay however our room was very hot due to low ventilation even with the use of an oscillating fan, our room was tended to daily by house keeping which was unexpected during a short stay. This was about the only positive. We wasnt aware the hotel operated from 2 buildings and our stay was in the secondary building of which we was kn the top floor with heavy suitcases and uneven stairs. Breakfast is only served in the main building which therefore mean early starts to get up, shower and dress before walking to the main building so we missed out everyday on breakfast. Our shower could not maintain a steady temperature so you could have a nice cold shower on a hot day but then it would just go hot water and nearly burn you. The rooms look nothing like the pictures advertised We were happy with affordability but disappointed with the misrepresented room, the fact it was 2 buildings, all the uneven stairs and unable to get breakfast each day. Next time we will just pay the bit extra and stay elsewhere due to these reasons

Wir waren für 2 Nächte in einem Zimmer für 5 Personen. Es gab 2 Doppelstockbetten und ein Einzelbett. Das Badezimmer war okay groß. Fön und Handtücher waren vorhanden. Ebenfalls Steckdosen mit USB Anschluss - ein Stecker war nicht unbedingt notwendig. Es war sauber, die Betten wurden allerdings nicht alle gemacht. Das Zimmer war sehr sehr warm, Fenster auf hat leider nicht viel gebracht, da es auch ums Eck ging im Zimmer. Ein vorhandener Ventilator hat ausgeholfen, aber immer nur ein von drei Betten Luft gegeben. Das Frühstück bekommt keine volle Punktzahl. Nur 4 items je Person. Man kann wählen zwischen Toast, Croissant, Marmelade, Käse, Apfelsaft, Orangensaft oder Kaffee. Kaffee war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Und da man Getränke in den Items hat, muss man geschickt bestellen. Man kann allerdings englisches Frühstück gegen Aufpreis bestellen. Check-in und Checkout waren ohne Probleme. Das Personal an der Rezeption immer sehr nett. Es gibt auch eine Lounge mit Kaffeeautomat. Ins Zentrum von London kommt man auch problemlos. Fazit: wir waren nur zum Schlafen hier und dafür war es ausreichend.
