夜はライトアップが美しい噴水や郵便局、市バス停留所がある広場に面し、移動に便利。最上階の部屋は天窓と小窓のみだが、部屋は広さがあり閉塞感は少ない。歴史ある建物の雰囲気を楽しめた。ボディソープはあるがシャンプーは無かった。 朝食にはスムージーがあり、旅疲れの身体に嬉しい。

ホテルの立地も部屋もかなり好条件だと思います。おすすめです。スタッフの方々も感じが良かったです。またルブリンに行くことがあれば利用させていただきたいです。

旧市街入り口のクラクフ門にも近く、観光にも便利です。お部屋も広く、シャワーもしっかり出ました。とても快適でした。朝食も品ぞろえが豊富でした。また泊まりたいです。

エコノミーのお部屋なので天窓と小さな通気口のような窓のみでしたが、特に閉塞感もなく、換気もできました。湯沸かしあり。Wi-Fiは問題なく繋がりました。快適な滞在でした。

Beautiful hotel, very close to the old town. The staff were all lovely and helpful. There was a communal water dispenser on each floor, which dispensed both still and sparkling water, which I thought was a nice touch. One slight disappointment was that we requested breakfast to be delivered to our room, but when it arrived not all of the items we requested had been sent up. Other than that though, everything else was great and we will stay there again when we are back in Lublin.

Very spacious room in a gorgeous hotel minutes away from the old town. The staff is super efficient, the water fountains are great. On the last day we left early and they prepared a plentiful breakfast to go. I can’t fault the IBB Grand Hotel. It’s perfect.

The hotel is very well situated to walk to the impressive medieval Old Town, I really recommended as a place to stay for that reason alone, otherwise it’s still a very nice hotel and I enjoyed my time there

With easy access to the town center And public places. A fantastic atmosphere and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

If you are visiting Lublin the IBB Grand Hotel is a great choice as it has free parking between 6pm - 8am directly outside and is a very easy and nice walk into the old town for an array of dining options. Great choice of hot and cold options at breakfast and a lovely bar area.

Everything was great except for the shower. I’m only 5ft4 and I could barely manage to bend down to wash my feet.

Jestem trochę zmieszany. Mój pokój zdecydowanie odbiegał od standardów 4 gwiazdkowego hotelu. Dostałem dziurawy i poplamiony ręcznik, poplamione zasłony, uszkodzony zlew oraz szafka pod nim. Łóżko miało być double a były dwa złączone single. Zawsze miałem dobre zdanie o tym hotelu dopóki się w nim nie przespałem. Mój rodzinny Lublin zdecydowanie zasługuje na coś więcej. Na plus zdecydowanie zasługuje obsługa. Szybko i sprawnie, tak można w skrócie opisać kontakt z pracownikami. Restauracja na dole zaskoczyła mnie i mojego gościa pyszną kolacją. Śniadania również były wyborne. Dla każdego coś smacznego.

The hotel definitely doesn't feel like Grand Hotel. The air conditioning wasn't working, and it felt like sleeping in a sauna. Opening the window also wasn't an option as the hotel is located in a very busy and loud area. Bed itself wasn't bad. However, pillows were very old and without any shape or firmness, and it caused us terrible back and neck pain. The shower was very small and it wasn't working properly. The best thing about the hotel is the location.
