観光に良いホテルです。

スタッフ、施設ともに素敵なホテルでした。惜しむらくは、レストランが手一杯だったのかとは思いますが、お料理が雑でした(スープが解凍されていませんでした) スタッフが素敵なだけに勿体ないです。でもファシリティとホスピタリティはとても良かったです。

フロント女性は英語ができない。 ツアーの受付をするもその場でクレジットカード番号を求められたので成立したと思っていたら、2回とも翌日（ツアー当日）になってから満席と言われた。 対応が悪い。 場所は良かった。

従業員が至って無責任。キャノピーと乗馬をしたい事を伝え、ツアーをホテルの受付経由で申し込み、参加したが、船に乗って向かった先ではキャノピーも乗馬も出来ず、結局移動にだけ時間を費やし、丸一日無駄にする事になった。加えて、子供料金があるにもかかわらず、大人料金を子供分も請求された。ホテルの従業員の全く無責任な対応により非常に不快な思いをしただけでなく、貴重な一日を無駄に過ごす羽目となった。更には、従業員当人のみならず、その上司にも事情を説明したが、ホテルとしての謝罪はなく、一流ホテルとはかけ離れたサービスの質と言わざるを得ない。

Breakfast was fresh nevertheless a little change in daily menu would go a long way for someone spending five days at the property. Location was perfect ! Friendly staff. Oh..the room key cards did not work and I’ve had to make multiple treks to the front desk to get it reset. This is a known issue and disappointed that the hotel is not addressing this problem now.

One of the best hotels in Puerto Varas. Great location, rooms and service. We come back often.

The hotel is perfectly located right in front of the lake, offering a truly magnificent view. It’s also within easy walking distance of the main restaurants and shops, which makes getting around very convenient. The breakfast is excellent, with a good variety and quality. The staff is consistently helpful, attentive, and focused on making guests feel comfortable throughout their stay. Free parking is a great added benefit. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.

Overall, I would say it was a nice stay, but there are several areas that need improvement, especially considering the price. The hotel room felt a bit run down and outdated, although it did have a very nice view, which was definitely a highlight. The reception staff at the front door were very kind and helpful throughout my stay, which made a positive difference. Breakfast was good in terms of quality, but I was not greeted upon arrival, which made the experience feel a bit impersonal. The restaurant, however, served a very good sandwich and coffee, which I enjoyed. The spa experience was disappointing. While it had the potential to be relaxing, the facilities felt neglected. The pool was not clean, the jacuzzi was not working, and at one point they even ran out of water. They also did not have robes available in my size, which shows a lack of attention to detail. The massage itself was not good. The therapist seemed rushed, had a poor attitude, and was not particularly polite or attentive. It felt like the session lacked care and professionalism. Given the overall condition of the facilities, rooms, and building, I believe the property would really benefit from renovations. At its current price point, it does not offer good value compared to other places with better-maintained facilities and higher-quality service. In summary, a pleasant stay in parts thanks to the staff and the view, but the overall quality does not match the price.

Fantastic views from hotel. Breakfast was over the top. Room and bathroom spacious.

La habitación estaba en buenas condiciones, pero las camas de la habitación que reservé No eran Matrimoniales como dice acá!! Son camas de 1,60 para 1 persona !!

La habitación estaba impecable, me hicieron un upgrade a una habitación más amplia. La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable ya que queda frente a la costanera y a pasos de la plaza principal y de todos los locales más importantes. El desayuno buffet es muy variado.

Great stay. Amazing view from room, breakfast buffet had something for everyone, great location. Could walk to several good restaurants. Staff was very attentive.

Higher end lodging with full amenities. Great view ( we were lucky with clear weather). Breakfast great

Room maintenance was poor, bathroom floor tiles were loose, no desk chair, carpet way past its useful life
