Nice clean room, breakfast very poor for the cost and we paid for swimming access with the family only to be told that it was fully booked, free return pass but we're not local so requesting a refund.

Het ontbijt was basic . Geen fruit. Enkel toast . Het warme gedeelte leek me heel vettig. Niet lekker voor cholesterol arm ontbijt

Excellent hotel with fantastic service throughout our stay. All of the staff were absolutely lovely, but a special mention to Tyler, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The breakfast was great with a lovely selection to choose from, and the pool and facilities were always clean and well maintained. Our bedroom was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and the bed was so cosy that I genuinely didn’t want to get out of it each morning. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Fire alarm at 7:30am. It was only on briefly. Bmy husband went to find out if everything was ok, and was told all patrons needed to evacuate as a precaution. He called us in the room to tell us to leave. However, there was no communication from the hotel staff about the need to evacuate. Apparently they'd searched all floors but we didn't see or hear from anyone on floor 4. Need to work on better fire or emergency evacuation communication.

Had an amazing stay. The pool was very refreshing . And the staff were really friendly . Definitely coming back .

Bed was comfy - No guidance to when breakfast was when checked in. Had to pay extra for gym although advertised on booking. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and dust on the mirrors - could hear all doors slam and people in rooms - breakfast was disappointing unfortunately - gyms the best part

Vedry good gym and good bar

With a huge gym and a 20m swimming pool it is quite a rare find in the area. Avid swimmers note, though, that pool is 30-31 C temperature so vigorous swim in freestyle may have to be cut back due to overheating if used to normal lane swimming temperatures. Understandable, though, as it is used by non-hotel residents & kids so it has to be warmer. Staff were extremely helpful, food menu in the "restaurant" was quite good and breakfast buffet was decent. I had to put "restaurant" in double quotes, and main reason for lowering score: it is a sports bar with astonishing noise levels from the external "clientele" heard on Fri and Saturday evenings. Obviously good revenue stream for the hotel to have locals pop in for shockingly loud vocalisation, but... their absolute lack of basic manners were a novelty. Clearly something attracts type of people who feel entitled to treat it as their literally deafening local pub. I am getting old, but have *never* had hotel dinners in such settings. One sidenote about parking: currently there is a building site on the premises. They occupy large chunk of the large parking lot - so, having paid for parking with the room, it was quite stunning to find that there was ZERO provision or even most basic practical schemes to ensure hotel guests have any priority for parking. All the myriad externals who come to the gym and to shout in the "restaurant" fill up the parking lot and hotel guests can hunt around trying their luck.

The hotel is well situated and generally clean. Staff were fine and the overall standard of the hotel is acceptable. Breakfast was very basic and nothing special. The main issue was the ongoing renovation work on the hotel facade. The noise from 8am until around 4pm was extremely disruptive. It was impossible to work or relax in the room during daytime because of the constant drilling and construction noise. This should have been clearly communicated before booking. Overall, decent location and cleanliness, but the renovation noise had a significant negative impact on the stay.

Not great, pillows are way to hard, breakfast is a joke unless you are 5 years old, then it is all you can eat crap

Hotel with welcoming entrance and polite reception staff. Clean and spacious room. A big restaurant / bar with freshly cooked good meals, served by friendly staff. The hotel pool with a steam room, sauna is a great addition. Highly recommended.
