総合評価とレビュー The Westin Desert Willow Villas, Palm Desert

長い旅行だったので、途中で洗濯ができるホテルを選びました。洗濯機も乾燥機も清潔でした。また、部屋も広くのんびり過ごせました！連泊すれば良かった！

サービス、設備と全て最高でした！バスタブはジャグジー付きでした。プールは水温が調節されていて、涼しい時間帯でも入れました。 今回は2泊しかできませんでしたが、次回はもう少しゆっくり滞在したいです！

I couldn't imagine that my staying in this hotel would be so bad.The service wasn't polite and not kind at all. I have stayed Westin Hotels a couple of times. And those stays were really amazing but this time was disappointing in here. The room was clean though...

great room with nice wide kitchen

多くのゴルフ場の近くにありロケーションは便利です。レストランは会議室にテーブルを並べた様でメニュー、雰囲気も期待しない方が良いです。滞在中に部屋の清掃がキチンとさせず何度もクレームしましたが、言い訳ばかりで不快な思いをしました。 ただ部屋にキッチンが付属しているので自分ので調理するのがお勧めです。

パームスプリングから南東にきたパムデザートというところにありゴルフ場を持つリゾートホテルです。 ヴィラタイプの部屋でキッチン・冷蔵庫・ランドリーまで揃ってここで生活できる広い部屋です。 私が、SPG会員だった為かUPグレードしていただき更に広い部屋に泊まらせていただきました。自然を満喫しながらゆっくり出来てよかったです。季節がらプールは利用できなかったのですが雰囲気だけでも良い感じでゴルフしなくてもここではくつろげます。今回は妻と２人でしたが家族でゆっくりするのも良いですね～

Great food, service and ambience, dinner at Agave was delicious, my only complain during our stay would be that the sofa bed is horrible. My son woke me up at 2 am to help him close the sofa bed so he can sleep on the couch because it was so uncomfortable!!! Still our favorite local hotel, but next time we won’t book if they don’t have double beds available.

Room and kitchen were very clean and good, lobby is far from the units and is hard to walk for elderly people or calling for shuttle.

The Westin Willow was great! We stayed for a week and did not want to leave. Definitely coming back.

Perfect for a couples get-away. It was very hot and the 3-5 pools on the property made it pleasant and perfect.

Loved this property! Loved the adult only zen spa. I loved the cleanliness of the entire suite. The suite had all the essentials that one could dream of. I will most definitely be coming back next year for my summer birthday trip.

Relaxing, lots of amenities, excellent customer service, beautiful views, good food

Great place for families and liked they had water slides for the kids and a quiet pool for the adults. Clean a very friendly staff, that kept you informed of the events at the facility !

The Room we stayed out could hear loud industrial sound whole time ( building 3 ) 3 floor . Couldn’t sleep all weekend . But property is very nice and every staff member was amazing !!! Every single

Great family resort!

We have stayed here before couple years ago. Stay was great, check in process fast & easy. Concierge is friendly and helpful. Pools were great, not packed like other places in surrounding area. On site restaurant (only open 4pm-8pm) small market on site for mostly snacks and drinks and some souvenirs. Lots of activites to choose from daily. We enjoyed our time here.
