The staff was very nice. I want to commend Rachael, in particular. We asked for bottled water to take to our room, the hotel did not have any. Rachael went to her personal backpack and offered her water that she brought for herself. Who does that? Amazing.
The facility itself is a little dated, buy was clean and there were not any unusual smells like there are sometimes with pet friendly locations. As mentioned above, the lobby does not keep bottled water. Seems like that is an obvious item that many would like to have. We would have happily paid $3 for a bottle for our room. Money making opportunity for the facility and convenience for the customer.
