広いバスタブにふかふかの絨毯。古くてクラシカルな素敵な雰囲気です。清潔感もあり、快適なホテルでした。 スタッフの皆さんもフレンドリーで親切です。近くにはスーパーや生活用品店、薬局、レストランなど揃っており、旅の忘れ物もトレッキング用のランチも買うことができます。 中心街より少しだけ山寄りなので、夜にホテルの前から綺麗な星空も見ることができました。 このホテルのおかげでブルーマウンテンでの思い出が素敵なものになりました。ありがとうございました。 次に訪れるチャンスがあれば、もっとゆっくり滞在してみたいです。

趣のある築120年の歴史的建物でよく手入れされていますが　室内調度は多少の傷みが見られます。コロナの為　スパ、サウナが使えず残念でしたが　部屋が浴槽付きなのは嬉しいポイントです。カトゥーンバの中心に位置し　どこに行くにも便利だと思います。

ジャグジーにお湯を為、１０分放置していたら、お湯が溢れ、部屋＋下の階まで洪水・水浸しに。。。　万が一、バスタブからお湯が溢れても、バスルーム内でリカバーできるなど、バスタブと部屋との敷居などのある構造にしてほしい。　お陰で気分が悪い！　

Advertised as having a bar & restaurant... in truth there is a little corner with wine & beer for sale, but no staff to serve you. Restaurant is actually a dining room where the have the minimalist breakfast that have ever seen for an expensive hotel. You can't drink byo drinks out in the common areas near the fireplaces, so forced to sit on the bed in a cramped, so called " deluxe king " room. Couldn't even put my suitcase anywhere and was tripping over our items. Window isn't made air tight and so rattled all night, until I wedged it with tissues. Forget the spa & sauna, spa permanently out of order and isn't much better. Very disappointed with the venue overall, had better at other hotels there for a lot less money.

This stunning old hotel is straight out of The Shining. Clean, quiet & decorated in a very romantic with classical decor. We could not love this grand old girl more. Would definitely stay again. Staff were also very friendly & helpful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Helpful, friendly staff

The property location is good with shops nearby. But the property condition was very poor with leakage in the bathroom, bed rugged with a sagging mattress so much so that my daughter now has a sore back due to sleeping in that. The property did not have a drinking water fountain anywhere and the only option was to fill water from the bathroom. The staff were however very warm and were doing their best to help.

Location is good and my room was comfortable. Attention to detail in cleanliness was lacking. Staff difficult to locate at times with reception desk not always staffed. Continental breakfast was really just toast and cereal with very limited choice

Nice sauna, spa was closed. Great location to town

Great location and parking, staff were fabulous, large room, comfortable bed, room was a little dated but matched property overall very good.

Kind front staff, nice location on Katoomba's main street, easy access to Echo Point and walking trails. proximity to a big supermarket

This was a wonderfully quiet room. Hotel within easy walking distance to town center. Helpful staff. Would happily stay there again. Excellent quality for price.

Everything met our expectations

Beautiful property and beautiful people especially Michelle in reception.

Room 208 for Deluxe Queen was compact. The ensuite was too small for two people.

Room was very good size. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We were there one night, will surely come back.
